First of all, I would like to say Sam was one of the nicest people that I've met. He was very professional and arrived on time as scheduled. What I liked most that he called in ahead of time to confirm the appointment and made sure that it was still convenient for me. I was involved in a 7 car accident on the freeway and my car was pretty smashed up. As he inspected my car, he explained in detail on how much each part would cost if I were to fix it. He really broke it down for me, and you can tell he knew what he was talking about because he answered all my question before I had a chance to even ask him. Even though his charge was $750.00, he was able to get me $4,000.00 more than what the insurance company would have given me which was a major difference in price.
