(The only reason I didn't give a 5th star on value was because I had additional work done and hadn't researched the value of the additional work. ) Everyone has a can-do attitude and their goal is to make the customer happy.NOW IS THE TRUE TEST, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PAINT JOB AND WILL SEE JUST HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. I HOPE I CAN GIVE THEM ALL FIVE STARS. Mr Holden was belligerent and told me he would only touch up. He said that there was two coats applied although I only witnessed one coat of paint. (For all I know they might have thinned the paint causing the problem since I had contracted for a superior quality paint.)I was told that I could sue him if I didn't like it but he was not going to repaint the house for "free". His painter, Marconi, spoke to mr Holden and Marconi told me he would apply a coat for the house. Marconi did come back and painted the house. Not only did I originally have the house painted but I had gutters put on. The gutters are fine. After spending a five figure amount, I didn't deserve his surly response when the paint job was poor. I would hire the gutter men again and probably the paint team. I would not hire Mr Holden again because his congenial demeanor went out the door when I called him on the poor paint job. He renewed his congenial demeanor when he asked me to update my review. I can accept a mistake on the service but never will I subject myself to rudeness from him again.

They arrived on time, we're professional and knowledgeable. They keep everything clean and protected. including cars parked on the street in front of my house.. The quality of work was top quality.

The workman were quiet clean and very responsive to how I wanted the work done. They did a beautiful job on the exterior of my home. I couldn't be more pleased.

Contractor was extremely polite and professional. Reviewed my project and made recommendations and provided written estimates in a timely manner. Painters were friendly and efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. My newly painted house looks great!

John and his crew did a good job painting the house. They showed up when they were supposed to and finished in a timely manner. John kept us up to date during the project. Overall it was a good experience.

John and his crew were great and to my surprise they finished quick and did an amazing job!

John/Charlie and company worked very closely with us and did their best to ensure they delivered a satisfactory staining and paint result that we were happy with. As someone else stated, John Holden, Inc were a little more expensive than other quotes we got, but they did go the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied. The team onsite daily doing the job, led by Marconi, were very conscientious, and so professional and courteous, that it was a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

John delivered on what he promised. Our house looks terrific. A little pricier than some other bids that we got, but worth it in the end. John suggested a treatment for the roof which I'm really glad that we did, probably going to give my roof another ten years of life. The crew was knowledgeable, conscientious and very hard working. At times they were pretty funny too! John's big thing is costumer service and making sure that you are very happy with the job... he won't go away until you are. Very willing to work with you on problems that may arise. If you don't like something, they will fix it no problem. John even told me to give him a call if I have any problems with anything down the road. "I've got your back", he told me. Don't hear that everyday.

John Holden and his team were most impressive for their dedication to please the customer with the superior quality and thoroughness of their work - the customer needs to be 100% happy with the outcome! Everyone on his crew was friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and very focused on doing a great job. I was especially impressed with the thoroughness of how they prepped the exterior before painting began - washing, taping, removal of fixtures and extensive replacement and repair of damaged wood and surprisingly, even some ground-level foundation patching. Highly recommended!

I think they handled everything in a very professional manner. They are very efficient. They explained everything to me very carefully in terms of what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Overall, it was a very good experience.
