Repair was quick! Being that we need new pipes, he kept the cost down.

I have know him for a while now. I used to work with another plumber but switch to Raffi because it seems the more you work with him, the more he is willing to help you. The other day one of our bathroom backed up. He snaked the bathroom but the next day, the same bathroom backed up again. He snaked the same bathroom again the next day, AND the main sewer line, and he also did a camera inspection in the main sewer line and showed me what was causing the problem. He did ALL these for just $120 because he honored the first estimate he gave me. I will highly recommend him and will definitely continue to use him in the future!

Raffi did a great job. He handled everything except the hoses under the bathroom sink, which I need to place a special order for. Once we have the hoses, Raffi said he would come back and install with no extra charge. He was very professional and helpful. He even capped an underground pipe "blind," meaning he couldn't see the pipe because the hole was full of water but he reached in and did it by feel. Nice work all around.

He properly diagnosed the problem, but ultimately decided that he would be unwilling to fix it since the repair would be very risky due to the location of the valve.   Although some homeowners may be put off by a plumber turning down a job, I was thankful that Raffi was honest about the problem.  He warned that many professionals may compromise the house structure without telling me in order to fix the valve, so he educated me on how to proceed and how to protect myself.  Throughout our time together Raffi was purely professional (and extremely nice!).  I will definitely call California Green Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

In the wake of a family tragedy, we are expecting several houseguests in a matter of days and I needed to see to some faulty toilets in my folks' house. I'm from out of town and I did not have time to spend much time on the issue.  Raffi fit me into his schedule and came out immediately. He tested, diagnosed, advised, and came back two days later to install some hardware.  Raffi came on time and did a great job, and he did it quickly.  He was also kind and respectful to our mother and you gotta love that.   Cleaned up. Left no trace.  Reasonable price and fantastic service. Call him. You wont regret it.

He was done in a lot less time than I expected. He did a through job. He even hauled away the parts so I didn't have to bother with them.

Rafi and his workers were prompt and efficient.  His labor prices were very good.  The work was done in a timely manner and met my requirements nicely.

I spoke with him on the phone, he came to the house early. Fixed the problem and replaced a part in less than no time.

Job was flawlessy executed.

Raffi is the best.  He has a great attitude and is pleasant to deal with.  I called him late in the afternoon and made an appointment with him for the next day.  He was on time.   He snaked the drain for less than I've paid in the past.  He's my "go to guy" for plumbing.

Raffi answered his phone immediately and was able to come to my house the same day.  Something was leaking under my kitchen and he determined it was my disposal, which was old.  He said it was impossible to service the inside of the unit and suggested a new one, which he left to purchase.  He returned quickly, explained everything clearly and finished his work in no time at all.  And he cleaned up the area quite well.  I would definitely use him again.

Rafi was great. He fixed my faucet the same day that I called him. He arrived on time. He completed the job in less than 10 minutes. The only complaint I have is less about Rafi in particular and more about the plumbing industry in general. I am an attorney and I could never get away with charging $100 for less than 10 minutes of work. That being said, I think Rafi's prices are very competitive as far as plumbers go. If you want to pay less than $50 for a job, you should probably use a handy man instead of a licensed plumber. I would definitely use this plumber again.

Raffi was outstanding.  Everything was done extremely professionally and Raffi went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time and with minimum inconvenience to us.  Raffi and his crew were very friendly and courteous and explained the work in detail.  We would highly recommend using California Green Plumbing.

We had a stopped up kitchen sink. They quickly responded to our e-mail and set an appointment and were right on time. They were fast and explained everything, and did a great job, even cleaning up after himself.

I also asked them to snake the shower as it has stopped up a few times, but the trap was too sharp, so he didn't charge me, but explained exactly what he would do if it happens again to fix it.

Raffi, the owner, came by right on time to diagnose the problem. In my 40 years of owning homes, I would have to say that Raffi Bardakjian is by far the best plumber I have ever dealt with. He is very professional, highly knowledgeable, and is very easy to talk to.
He explained with excellent clarity exactly what needed to be done and, as the work was progressing, showed me pictures of what he found and also showed me the actual pipe with the intruding root once they had dug down deep enough to find it. It is noteworthy to mention that when he came back the next day with his men, he again was right on time (even a little early!).

I would highly recommend California Green Plumbing for any plumbing issue. I have complete confidence in their honesty and competence.

Person in charge of my mini project, fixing leak and sorting out sink and the rest showed up right on time. Polite and really pleasant person. I was in a mess that day because all the work waiting to be done so his presence helped a lot, especially with very useful tips and professional approach to my problem. It didn't take long, thou I never looked at the clock because my day was destined already. Moving out cabinets, hiring people to check my wall for damage done by water. etc. etc. The most important thing is that I'm very happy with the service provided. I'll count on them in the future.

Raffi is wonderful.  He took care of our emergency quickly and kindly.  It would have been easy to blow it off because it was a small job and it was on Saturday afternoon but he took good care of us.  He's very capable, knowledgable, and overall a good guy.  I highly recommend him.

Had a leaky kitchen faucet...Raffi told me over the phone I most likely would need a new one, but he came out anyway and tried to fix it...turns out previous plumber had installed wrong and so faucet had been leaking for a while -- inside metal had rusted away.  So, I went out and purchased a new faucet and Raffi worked his schedule out later in the day to come back and install.  Great guy, very friendly, told me up front what the problem would cost and followed through.  Will definitely call on this company again!

Raffi was very professional, showed up on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did wonderful work. All aces as far as I'm concerned. He also gave me a reasonable estimate on an upcoming water heater replacement.
