Raffi is a breath of fresh air. No nonsense and highly professional. He was on time for both appointments, very fast and incredibly fair priced. I would recommend his service highly!

I purchased a $199 deal for 2 hours of plumbing... Figuring that our issue might take a while to solve. Raffi was great... He came and very quickly saw what the issue was and got it fixed and functioning just fine in about 45 minutes. However, rather than just leaving... He said, " you paid for more time, what else have you got"... He went on to fix a couple toilet issues that we had.. He also answered questions on a couple of plumbing items we were considering fixing in the future. Let us know how we could fix them and the cost and time that would be involved. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

Showed up on time, and gave what I felt was a fair estimate... Upon approval they bought the materials they needed and worked about 3 hours on tis pipe. The pipe was difficult to access, and it took the two of them to work on it. They left no mess. Said what they'd do & did what they said. I can't ask for much more than that. Professional appearance, clean cut, etc. I would use these guys again.

Raffi was great! I had initially tried to do this job myself because it looked simple. However, I did not have the right tools or the experience and made a big mistake. In trying to remove one of the shower stems in the master bath shower, I broke off the connection to the copper pipe behind the marble shower wall. I thought that the marble wall would need to be opened up and did not know if it would be possible to find replacement marble that would match the existing marble. However, Raffi cut out a square of drywall on the other side of the same wall, was able to access and fix the broken pipe and then put the same drywall square back in the wall. All that is visible are the cut lines from his razor knife where he cut out the square. i need to have some other drywall and painting done in that bathroom because of water damage near a skylight so this minor repair can be patched and painted at the same time that i paint the room.

I have called 2 plumbers (not on Angie's List) and they didn't even call me back. I decided to join Angie's List and try one of the plumber's listed which turned out to be Raffi at California Green Plumbing. He answered the phone right away and said he could come by the next day and we scheduled an appointment. He called the next day and wanted to know if he could come by 20 minutes early and I said of course he could. I was impressed by his professionalism. He surveyed the problem, talked to our contractor and told us we could do what needed to be done. We didn't need him to do it. He would not take any money for his time or consultation. Everybody was impressed. He will be the first person we call if we need his services. Raffi was prompt, professional, more than fair and the kind of person you want to do business with. Thank you.

Saturday morning, a full day of grocery shopping was ahead of me to prepare lunch for about 5 friends coming over and an overflowing toilet stops me dead in my tracks. I used the toilet and walked away to brush my teeth and all I hear within a few seconds is water pouring out of my toilet!!! And not clean water but disgusting, smelly water! It wouldn't stop!!!! I googled on my phone for a plumber in my area and I clicked on the first link that popped on my search engine which was Hard Hat Rooter. I called and my call was answered immediately, I spoke to Ralph and explained frantically what was going on and he said a technician will be there within an hour. I called at about 7:30am on a Saturday and the tech was at my house around 8:15. That really was exceptional timing. The tech, Carlos, came by and I stopped panicking. According to him he needed to locate a clean out which he did fast, in the front of the house. He used a machine to do what he called snaking the line to unclog the drain and used a camera to see what may have caused the blockage. My sewer line was infested with roots! I got to see it with my own eyes which was awesome! He recommended hydro jetting the line which uses a large machine that shoots out water strong enough to completely cut the roots. I agreed that that was the best option considering all the roots I personally saw in my sewer line and he got right to work. He cleared the line fast and was so nice in explaining everything to me every step of the way. I was really impressed by the great service and punctuality of this company. I'm happy to say I was able to finish my grocery shopping and prepare lunch right on time,,I highly recommended this company.

many did not have compressed air and that they had never heard of this tactic. Unfortunately this took me several hours until I telephoned California Green Plumbing. Raffi said that he would be at my home the next day and he was on time. I watched the entire repair because I am the curious type. He thoroughly cleaned the screen with compressed air, vacuuming and cloths. He took his time and really worked to make it spotless. He was friendly, educational and professional. I recommend this company without reservation and would definitely call him again should a problem arise.

It was a Sunday emergency for a birthday party and we had a clogged sink. Rafi took care of it and charged us a reasonable price. This is my 4th review for him and he always comes thru! A++

I called on a Sunday and Raffi came within 2 hours. He did not charge me extra to come out right away. He gave me a 10% Angie's List discount. Raffi was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I would use him again in the future.

Raffi Came by to a**** the leak by the junction of the water line to the house and the city. We agreed that the best course of action was that the main line needed to be replaced along with the regulator and the on/off valves to the house and sprinkler system. He and his crew came by first thing the next day and 5 hours later the work was completed. This was the 2nd major job California Green Plumbing did for us and we would certainly use Raffi and his crew again.

Went great. Made the appointment for Raffi to come out and give me an estimate. He said he would arrive between noon and 1:00. He called me a little before noon to let me know he'd be arriving in about 20 minutes, which he did. I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and a drippy, noisy shower faucet. He told me what he would need to do to fix both issues, and told me that he would need to come back because he didn't have the matching cartridge for my shower valve. He said he could either do part that day, and then come back, or he could just come back and do them both at the same time. He also mentioned it would be cheaper for me to have him do the work on the same day, if I wanted to wait. It would save about $70, and since neither was urgent I told him to just come back and repair both. He said he could be back on Wednesday afternoon between 1-2 (this was Monday afternoon). I said that worked for me. On Monday, he called around 11ish and said he was available to come earlier (around noon) if that was convenient. It was, and he and his assistant (I want to say his name is Greg? He was very nice, but I can't remember for sure) showed up when they said they would. They fixed both problems quickly, and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I would absolutely recommend this company. Both gentlemen were very friendly, courteous, showed up when he said they would, charged what was quoted, and explained to me clearly what exactly the work entailed. I'm thrilled to find a plumber who doesn't seem to want to rip me off. A real novelty.

Raffi arrived on time and replaced our old kitchen faucet with a new faucet we purchased. He also replaced old soap dispenser and tightened up the filtered water dispenser which had become loose. I would absolutely hire again.

This is the second time I've had Raffi come to fix problems. This time he went WAY above and beyond. We had our drains backing up into the house. Raffi recommended two solutions. We elected to do a hydro jet instead of doing a new line. The sewer line cleaned up really well. After he left we continued to have some problems. He and I suspected my son had put rocks down the clean out, causing the back up. Raffi came back right away and confirmed our suspicions. His schedule was really busy, so I talked it through with him and decided to dig up the pipe by myself and pull out the rocks, with Raffi saying if I got into a jam, to give him a call. Long story short, I dug up the clean out but couldn't locate any rocks. After calling Raffi for suggestions he was able to come by my house in between jobs to bring his camera in and locate the rocks. We found them 10' in the other direction. He quickly worked with me to get them flushed down the pipe and everything has been great since. I can't say enough how much I appreciated Raffi squeezing me in that day, as I was really in a jam. Its that kind of dedication to his customers that sets Raffi aside from the competition.

I was away out of town when my tenants notified me there was a piper leak under the house. They could hear water spraying but didn't know what it was from. I called Raffi and he scheduled in a time to check it out asap. He coordinated with my tenants a time for the following day and fixed it on the spot. He followed up with me via email and text and told me the issue. He charged a very reasonable rate for the work done. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing work that's needed.

Raffi was great. Really professional and had great rates. He is coming back to fix a few more issues I have. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

One of the guy of the company came first and then the owner, Raffi Bardakjian, joined him. Both were very courteous and professional. It was not a big job but it was done with efficiency. I will definitively call them again.
