Gabriel Valdez reached out to us when I was looking for property on Zillow. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries. He was very easy to work with and communicates very well. Call, email, text messages, he answers as quick as possible always keeping us in the loop of things. I was a first time home buyer and Gabriel helped me find my first home. There was a lot of questions and worries, and he did his best to explain each and every step. Not only did he explain the process, he even helped us find an inspector and a mortgage broker. I HIGHLY recommend the Brad Korb Real Estate for your your future home hunting needs! I am a first time home buyer and I was completely lost on the process of buying a home. I stumbled upon Priscilla Valdez and I swear she was the BEST part of this entire process. Our family was searching for our very first home. From the beginning, we always knew that it was going to be tough and full of unknown steps. From receptionist to real estate agent, we love the customer service of the Brad Korb team! Selecting Sunny as our real estate agent was one of the best major life decisions that we could have made in life. Buying a house is a huge decision and such a daunting process for a first-time home buyer, but we're very grateful to have Sunny on our side. cannot begin to explain what a great experience me and my family had in looking for and purchasing a home with the help of Megan ! She is such an experienced, approachable, organized, patient and communicative person. As a first time house buyer I had minimal knowledge about the market and how to even go through an escrow process. Megan was also always very patient, understanding and never made me feel like I was bothering. I greatly appreciate everything Megan did, from communicating back and forth with our lender to reminding us of any documents we had to sign. I would highly recommend Megan and return for her assistance in the near future.

Marie is no joke, the best! She not only helped us find a home within our perimeters she also displayed masterful real estate expertise during it’s purchase. We had some very unusual requests from the seller that would have prevented us from staying within our budget and thus ending our purchase. She took the time to educate herself on our options and our rights and was always on our side when the seller pushed back. Our comfort came first on the issue. She was always there to answer our questions even when we asked the same one a thousand times. The purchase took longer than expected, but Marie never showed fatigue through the ups and downs. We feel very lucky that we had Marie as our real estate professional. You will too.

If you are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent you have found her! Her name is Priscilla Valdez at Brad Korb. We relocated to Los Angeles from the east coast this past spring. The challenges of finding our home in the middle of a pandemic were many. As with anyone in the market we came with a list of must haves as well as wishes for our new home. This was compounded by our hope to be able to include a separate living space for our aging parents. Serendipity intervened and Priscilla became a responsible companion in our search. Priscilla was knowledgeable and resourceful. Her can-do attitude was extremely valuable. She was never shy to reach out to various sources to answer any of our questions. When we finally found our home she continued to go to bat for us. Her negotiation skills and guidance got us the home we love! This is not a five star rating it is a all the stars rating.

This review is for Priscilla Valdez of Brad Korb. There were quite a few things that we, as new homebuyers, found terrifying. Most pointedly, we had a concern that despite our research, there would still be a multitude of unknowns that we’d need help with, and that we’d ultimately be working with an agent that wanted nothing more than to complete the sale, collect their commission, and leave us with unforeseen and expensive complications. Regardless, we’d still need an agent because there would be no way to be successful without one. We had reached out, prior to meeting to Priscilla, to several referrals from friends and colleagues. Communication from others was terrible (why nobody would get back to us for days on end is beyond me) and some were overly aggressive with one pushing us to buy a home we stated we weren’t interested in (ugh). I don’t recall how we stumbled upon Priscilla’s contact info, but it was literally the luckiest thing that could have happened to us. Priscilla was easy to get along with, is an expert in her field, offered a much appreciated level of honesty and transparency, and kindly educated us through a barrage of questions and omg-moments (most, we learned, really aren’t that bad). She patiently worked with us for five months: after being outdone on several offers (LA buyers be warned, your competition may be more than willing to pay in cash and go well above asking - but don’t lose heart!), and through our evolving tastes and reprioritization of home features. Priscilla’s unwavering positivity, communication, expertise, and team of support at Brad Korb provided us with the peace-of-mind and confidence that one expects when making a purchase of this magnitude. It has been several weeks since our close of escrow, and I still have no regrets for our purchase.

I reached out to Megan for my first home purchase. I live over 300 miles from where I would be purchasing so you can imagine the logistical nightmare before even taking covid into account. I set a very clear expectation that I am not in a rush, do not want to be rushed, and have a set budget. Megan met all that expectation. We lost multiple offers due a large amount of over-bidders, but Megan made sure to keep me up to date with current market condition and didn't hesitate to keep sending me other prospective properties. She went to multiple properties and provided a live stream tour for me. Outside of what she was sending to me, I was able to reach out to her and receive more information on other properties I found from other satellite websites such as Zillow or Redfin. The response time from Megan was so fast, that one evening I sent her a link to a property I found re-listed on Zillow and my offer was accepted the next morning. She was then able to recommended multiple local vendors around the area such as a Mortgage Broker and Home Inspector. During the entire process, she was able to walk me through the contracts or she was able to guide me in the right direction. As someone that live and breathe financials, I had a ton of questions for the mortgage broker and found discrepancies on many of the loan details. It wasn't the most pleasant experience, but Megan was able to quickly help resolve any issue that came up quickly and concisely. I highly recommend Megan for anyone searching for a good professional agent that will go that extra mile to help you.

Marie Ilous has been incredible to work with! She contacted us from Zillow and her warmth and professionalism made us feel comfortable right from the start. She took the time to get to know us and what our home and location preferences are, and has been super responsive. Marie also helped us remain very organized, and we appreciated how skillful she was at negotiating and coordinating everyone involved (mortgage broker, the seller agent, escrow..) She even gave us some recommendations for good inspectors and service providers in the area. In large part because of Marie, we were able to find our first home in less than 2 months and we got the first home we fell in love with and put a bid on. We are so happy we worked with her, and will strongly recommend her to our friends!

This review is for Megan McCauley from Brad Korb Real Estate. Megan was an absolute dream to work with! I am a first time home buyer so I had a million questions and Megan was always patient, responsive, proactive, kind and communicative. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or asking silly questions. She literally talked through every single page of the contracts to make sure I understood what I was signing. The market was absolutely insane but Megan used great tactics and strategies to make my offer the strongest. Megan is undeniably the reason why my dream house is now my home. She was proactive in reaching out to the agent, built great rapport with the listing agent and worked hard to get the offer in under an extremely tight deadline. Oh my gosh, if we could give Brad ten stars, we would. We’d put a lot of work and love into our house, and it was great to work with an agent who appreciated that.
