Description of Work: My sister and I worked with Brad Korb on the sale of our father's house in North Hollywood. They were able to sell the house for asking price and the process went very smoothly. My sister and I live out of California, and Brad and his associates worked very hard to help us complete the necessary documents for this sale. They were very responsive to all our inquiries, and followed up on all of our questions quickly. We are very happy we chose Brad Korb to sell this house.

Description of Work: Brad helped me sell 2 homes in Burbank. After 6 months of trying to sell the first house, we decided to change agents and decided to go with Brad. The first house had many difficult circumstances with renters in the house. The second house, sold in 5 days with 7 offers. He has an excellent knowledge of Burbank and Real Estate. Brad's been doing this for so long, he uses the same procedure for all houses and has the process down pat. He'll tell you exactly what needs to be done to get the best price and he can also help with whatever your needs are. At the first house, I needed a gardener. Brad had one who always showed up and kept the grounds looking good. At the second house, I was going to do some extensive upgrades before putting it on the market. Brad had a contractor that met me and gave me a detailed estimate (I also had a contractor so I could compare). If I decided to do the upgrades, I would have been comfortable using Brad's recommendation but I decided not to do the upgrades. It was the best decision for me. Whatever I needed, Brad knew good people to help. I decided on using Brad because I knew he would get the houses sold with the least amount of work and headaches for me. His entire team, really know what they are doing. It didn't matter who I talked to, they were excellent and knew their stuff. I didn't have any glitches in selling either house. I was also in Ireland when the offers came in for the second house and everything still went smoothly. I highly recommend Brad and his team.
