Our new roof kept our house at a 76 degrees when it was 90 outside! what a change and the savings! Sergio and his crew made my family and I so comfortable it felt like we were having friends doing the work on our roof. You can count on anything from this Marine! We will be hiring his company to many other many projects around the property. Our future projects will include windows, outside deck, brick wall, 2 bathroom upgrades, and floors! We were planning to do our usual "patch work" to our 25+ year old roof knowing we would get a new one "down the road." When Sergio came he was willing to do whatever we wanted. As we reviewed our options with him after touring the attic and seeing water damage we knew we couldn't wait any longer. He made what is a major undertaking for any homeowner pretty simple, quick and affordable for us. Looks great, and we can't believe we don't have to worry about patching a roof anymore.

The first pleasant surprise with this company was that Sergio was able to come out right away when we called for a roof inspection. Very important since our house is listed right now and time is of the essence. Then, even though he could have gotten away with just about anything since we thought our roof might be in relatively bad repair and told him so, after a thorough inspection of the roof and attic area, he assured us it was in great shape and should last us another 10 or so years. We were obviously very surprised and extremely excited not only that we were wrong and that the roof had plenty of life left, but also because now we know a great roofer that we can use in the future and recommend to friends and family for inspection and repairs with confidence. Sergio provided excellent customer service complimented by a great attitude!

I experienced a unique roofing problem wherein some bee keepers needed to cut a hole in my roof to extract a sizeable bee hive. I contacted Home Advisors who put me in touch with Alluring Homes. Sergio Espinosa phoned me the same day and came to my house to inspect the job. The following day he returned and repaired my roof so well it appears never to have been damaged. Alluring Homes performs professional work at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
