They are great.

I have used them quite a lot. They are always on time. Their personnel seems well-trained. They don't gouge you on price. They are very reliable. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this company in the future. They do free annual inspections.

The price was reasonable. They were prompt. I am quite favorable with using them and I use them anytime I have a problem with my furnace. They are probably the best heating contractor that I've used. I would recommend them. They do a nice job at a good price. They were prompt and very professional.

Very well. The estimator was wonderful and thorough. He looked carefully at every vent and found and removed debris in some toe kicks. [Some of the debris was difficult to remove, but he did it.] He explained how they would clean, showed me the dirt in my furnace and was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. The guys who did the cleaning were on-time, pleasant, professional and nice to deal with. They also explained the process and were very respectful of my house and belongings. They did an extremely thorough job as well. I think my family has been breathing a lot better now that the ducts have been properly cleaned.

This company installed our furnace a couple of years ago. They offer air duct cleaning but we just have them do regular maintenance.

They came for an estimate and then would not respond and failed to respond to my inquires.

They did a good job. They have done work for us before. It was excellent. They were on time, responsive, they had the part, and they installed it. They cleaned up afterwards. I would hire them again in the future if needed.

They were very professional. We felt very comfortable with them. One man came out and did they estimate. He treated me with respect and explained everything.

Ramon arrived right on time to give an estimate. He answered all my questions about the process and explained how he built the estimate. He told me who would be coming to do the work and confirmed a service date before leaving my home. Craig arrived on the agreed upon date and was prompt and completed all the work in the predicted length of time. He left everything clean and operating well. This was the first time we've had our ducts cleaned and the experience was extremely positive. The furnace is now quieter and I'm hoping there will be less house dust. I would recommend Carol Flynn to anyone who needs this job done!

When I called the week before, Carol Flynn said they could come out on a Monday which my husband had off from work. However, they called that morning and said they would not come out that day and forced us to reschedule to a Thursday. So my husband had to miss a half day of work for them. If I had known, I would have gone with another company that would come on Monday. The individual who came to clean the ducts was not professional. I don't want to say anything slanderous, but as a general rule I would say companies should test all their employees for drug use. He did not bring or install the filter that was promised to us in the estimate, but said that "his friend" would bring it later. The "friend" never showed up. When I called two weeks later to mention that the filter was never delivered, I was brushed off with a "yeah, we'll get that out to you." Now, six weeks later, of course it has not been delivered. I would not recommend this company.

Overall I give them a C. They came on time but failed to fully fix the heater. I had to call them back in. They were also supposed to give me an estimate which they did but never returned my calls.

I FELT THAT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING OUR DUCTS AND CHECKING OUT OUR HEATER SYSTEM. WHEN WE USED OUR HEATER FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS WINTER, IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY ODOR AND THE HEAT COME UP QUICKLY.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK OF CAROL FLYNN. THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND WERE VERY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER COMPANIES WE SPOKE WITH.
