Company scheduled the work for the quick time frame that I required. All scheduled appointments kept on time. No pressure for the sales of the service. Easy to work with, all personnel was caring, explained what we needed to do and what we had to check for afterwards. Would highly recommend.

In order to close escrow, I needed to have the attic cleaned out from past rodent droppings. Surprised at how expensive this service is regardless of what exterminating company you call.

We had a dry rot and water damage that at minimum, required an entirely new railing for an upstairs balcony on the front of our house. It was determined that the damage was (as somewhat expected) worse once the crew was able to get in and further assess it once the project started. It turned out to require a major replacement of a beam. My top priorities were about getting the job done right, mitigating any future problems, and rebuilding the balcony and railings to look as if there was never any damage at all. Check, check, check. The team did an amazing job and I'm super happy with the results. Ramon and his team are awesome. thank you! I would highly recommend Prestige for this type of project.

Amazing responsiveness. Great work. Great price. Ramon is extremely good about getting back and offering solutions.

An initial visit by Ramon where mite problem was discussed. After a couple more calls discussing the problem, Ramon sent Chris out to treat the house and car. The treatment took about an hour where chemicals were applied to both car and home. Chris used Bedlam in the house, not sure what was sprayed in car but was told to allow a minimum 4 hours to allow chemicals to work. I used the car after 5 hours and sadly, the mites were still alive and well. I was hopeful that the house would have a better result, but no such luck. Slowed down a little after application, but was very active the next day. I called Ramon last week, left a message, hoping for another **solution** and still have not heard back from him. I called Rita in the office letting her know that I still had problems and need a callback. You guessed it, no call back from either Chris or Ramon. So now I have wasted both time and money and apparently, Prestige Termite Solutions could care less.

I was impressed with Chris who inspected our house in a through professional manner.. He set traps in all areas of the house and found numerous rodent entry points.

Ramon was easy to work with, his crew was experienced and replaced al dry rot slats and joists in a timely and professional manner.
