They arrived at the time they said they would and began work. Originally, they had said that it would take 1 "very long" day to install, but they went over into a 2nd long day. We were provided with space heaters while the work was being performed. The installer, Richard, was great and very knowledgeable. After the system was installed, I called the company with a concern about the thermostat setting. They were out the same day and re-programmed the thermostat to my satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience.

Quote was fine but too expensive.

Went fine. A young tech, Donny, came out to take a look and he called the owner out, Mike, who was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. They told me that their work was a temporary fix but that for the long term I needed to have major work to replace the condenser and line set. I had a lot of confidence in him based on the way he diagnosed the problem and talked knowledgeably about the equipment. He seemed very honest also.

Very professional. Work performed as scheduled and exactly as quoted. Result was as promised. System works great now; not freezing in one room and sweating in the next. Workmen took great care during installation with tracking dirt etc. arranged deferred payment at zero interest. Called back to check work.

LITERALLY WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT IT FOR THREE YEARS. SO WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF STARTING TO GET THE HOUSE FIXED UP. THEY CAME IN, AND WE PUT THIS ONE OUT TO BID IN THREE COMPANIES. THEY CAME IN. THEY WORE BOOTIES ON THEIR SHOES WHEN THEY CAME INTO THE HOUSE. THEY ASKED HOW MUCH WE WANTED TO SPEND. THEY DID THINGS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT OTHER COMPANIES DID. THEY PHYSICALLY MEASURED THE WINDOWS AND TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION WHAT WE WERE DOING TO THE ATTIC. IT WAS A WOW THING RIGHT AWAY.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RELIABLE AND HAD GREAT, FAST SERVICE. THEY HAVE VERY COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES AND WERE A VERY RESPONSIBLE COMPANY OVERALL. THE PRICE WAS OK.
