Erick Sun gave us the quote and performed all of the work himself.  An apprentice assisted on the install.

It was a big job.  A very large water heater, a new recirc pump and all of the associated venting, piping, valving, etc.

They showed up on time and did a great job.  The price was not the lowest, but it was close and I was confident they would do a great job.

I enthusiastically recommend Erick and the Brea/OC plumbing team.  ocplumber.com

We've already had them back for other services.

Ok experience overall.....this is the first time I have had an Angie's List service provider in my opinion overcharge me for their services. Even after the $96.00 refund I spent $350 for 2 hours of mostly just labor. Best Regards - Tripp Smith

Robert came out to out home and gave us a estimate for repairing 3 very old valves in our bathroom. The estimate was very resonable and we proceeded with the work the same day. Robert got right to work and with 20 minutes let us know that he would need to leave to get the replacement parts as he did not keep parts of such a old age on his truck. He was gone a very short time and he returned and completed the job.
Robert did an great job. Brea / Orange Plumbing is now the only plumber we will call.

The plumber came and gave me an estimate the day I called.  I was able to get the work done within a week of the estimate date, and the price was close to the cost in the estimate.  The work was high quality, and although it wasn't cheap, I also felt that I was not be gouged.  The plumber recommended some further work and I will not hesitate to use this company again for that work.

The person taking my information could not understand anything I was saying and not sure. It took an hour to get them to take my information. They said it would take someone to come out and it would cost $95.00.

The gentleman who came out was on time, very courteous & worked very hard, since he had to cut a hole in the dry wall behind the shower to get to the pipes.   He also had to cut the tiles on the wall that the fixtures were being installed on.  Did a beautiful job; cannot tell that tile was ever touched.

Just moved into a vintage 1964 home yesterday. Next morning all the toilets and bathtubs in the house were backing up! Called Eric Sun from Brea/OC plumbing on the phone late Saturday night after wasting the afternoon waiting for a plumber from DrainCo who attempted to remove the clog, DrainCo found the clean-out to the street, but couldn't figure out where the main clean-out was for my actual plumbing through my house. He keep saying I needed a two way clean out installed and the insurance wouldn't cover it. He wouldn't even take a snake to the toilets! On the other hand Eric was great, I called as soon as DrainCo left and he stopped by at 7:30pm that night after his last job. He figured it out in less than 5 minutes and a half an hour later he was done and leaving my place for home. Best Customer service in OC! He indicated that if I had any further problems call him 24/7. I'm in Fullerton and I now have a plumber!

Their price was the same as everybody else. However, my husband chose them for the quality of the work and not for the price. They were most willing to give us references. They took just three days to complete the job. They were quick and were really very nice. We haven't had any problems with the plumbing at all. When a water main burst close to our house and was repaired, some of the gravel went into our pipes and clogged our pipes. They came over and took out the gravel out of the pipes and fixed the problem. My aunt uses them for her apartment now.
