Brian assisted me with a purchase pre-approval.  After dealing with a broker that could not actually generate a pre-approval letter, it was nice to deal with a direct lender that could deliver a letter quickly and without fuss.  Once received, I was able to go shopping with my Realtor for a new home.  Brian continued to work with us to revise the pre-approval as needed.  His pricing was great and his communication is excellent!

I performed extensive research for a home mortgage loan for
my home in southern california in 2012, and found that iServe-Mission Viejo had
the lowest interest rates.  The loan was a true no cost loan, in that, he
did not try to roll the costs into the 30 yr mortgage, as others do, who claim
"no cost loans."
I have to admit that my loan amount was relatively low, but he treated my loan
as if it was as important as any loan, big or small.   It was hard to find
this level of personal service at the other lenders.  He was always
immediately available at all times of the day (even weekends) to answer my
questions and to expedite the loan, which I might add was significantly less
than the 30-45 day industry standard.
