Description of Work: I contacted Brian Nguyen at New American to discuss a refinance of my home loan. Brian outlined the process in detail and assured me that the refi process would take 30-45 days (unless there was a significant issue). After thoroughly discussing I proceeded and began the standard refi process including the necessary paperwork, forms, etc. Brian and his team made the process incredibly easy, Brian kept in touch with me every step of the way and would contact me personally to explain things or answer my questions. I was initially skeptical that the loan would close in the 30 - 45 day window but sure enough they did! We closed in just over a month, probably the quickest I've ever experienced. They never lost paperwork or requested duplicates (a common problem). They never had arbitrary rules or had last minute issues, things I've absolutely experienced before that makes the loan process miserable. Instead, it was fast, easy and issue free. As we were preparing to close, the paperwork was finalized on a Friday and even the notary company worked incredibly hard to find someone to come out that evening for the signing. It's been a few months now since the loan closed, and everything has worked out exactly as it was supposed to. Brian and his team did an outstanding job and worked hard to meet all my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

NAF was very responsive and Brian was always available to take my calls, repsond to my emails and answer questions, of which there were many. I would definitely use NAF in the future !!

After dealing with a broker that could not actually generate a pre-approval letter, it was nice to deal with a direct lender that could deliver a letter quickly and without fuss. Once received, I was able to go shopping with my Realtor for a new home. Brian continued to work with us to revise the pre-approval as needed. His pricing was great and his communication is excellent!

 + -1 moreI performed extensive research for a home mortgage loan for my home in southern california in 2012, and found that iServe-Mission Viejo had the lowest interest rates. The loan was a true no cost loan, in that, he did not try to roll the costs into the 30 yr mortgage, as others do, who claim "no cost loans." I have to admit that my loan amount was relatively low, but he treated my loan as if it was as important as any loan, big or small. It was hard to find this level of personal service at the other lenders. He was always immediately available at all times of the day (even weekends) to answer my questions and to expedite the loan, which I might add was significantly less than the 30-45 day industry standard.
