I cannot say enough about my unhappiness with them. They made me sign a contract which listed exactly what they were supposed to do. We mutually signed the contract and agreed to the terms. After I had signed the contract they preceded to do whatever they pleased when they came out. The contract included things like trimming trees, aggressive weed removal, fertilizing, making sure that the plants were tied up correctly, and the contract was even detailed enough to include the number of people, the times that they would come out, and the cost. They came out each week and did a mow and blow service with some crucial clean up. I have never had a gardener make me sign a contract for their service. They broke the contract repeatedly. The thing that upset me the most about their service was when they took all of the apples from my apple tree. I gave the tree to my husband as a present for out second year anniversary and they took all of the apples on my tree without telling me. I had three meetings with the owner, the owners son, and the owners cousin where we discussed some extra projects, like planting or checking the sprinkling system, that they claimed the regular crew could not handle so I had to use their other crew and my unhappiness with their breaking the contract. Each meeting was at least an hour in length. During the meetings they would explain what all they would have to do with the extra projects even though they were in my contract, but when the meetings were finished they would never get back to me. They always said that they would get right back to me or they would email me with the information. When I would call to follow up with them the office would tell me that I would have to make another appointment, because they had lost the information we had noted during the last appointment. So not only did I waste those three hours of my time, but I wasted weeks waiting for each appointment to come around. I only used them as long as I did, because I could not find a replacement until then. I think that had they stuck to the contract the price would have been good, however since they did not stick to the contract it was clearly not worth what I was paying for their service. They were extremely nice and professional. I would absolutely not use them again in the future.
