Purchased the coupon and scheduled the service. I thought I could just fill up two hours? worth of work, but it was actually done based on the job. That could have been explained in the advertisement, but no worries. I needed an in-line water filter installed and the handles put back on bathtub. The total charge for both items (with 3 new handles) was $260.00. So an additional $60.00 for handles? Anyway, since I purchased the $100 coupon, I got $200 worth of services. The in-line water filter was quoted at $160, so $40.00 went to the air. I'm very happy the filter was installed and it is working perfectly. The tech was friendly and timely.

It was a very good service and experience. I would use them again.

The tech turned up on time, was courteous and immediately found that a small amount of debris had fallen into the garbage disposal and caused it to jam. The plumber retrieved it within 7-10 minutes. He then left very quickly but did not offer to look at my outside hose faucet at all or offer to do another plumbing job that required some skill. I believe that Overland Plumbing is a very efficient plumbing company. I have a problem with the price for what turned out to be such a quick, simple job.

Hugo arrived on time and assessed the situation quickly. In great detail he went over all my options and warned of possible issues from best- to worst-case scenarios. since it's such an old house. I was able to make a quick, informed decision immediately, fully prepared should we find ourselves in the described "worst-case scenario". It worked out well and Hugo finished the job in a couple hours. As he finished up Hugo noticed a spot that could use caulking, so he patched it right up and didn't charge me. They were fast, professional, and were very nice.

I called to make an appointment on a Friday and the said that they could come the following Monday between 2 - 5 pm, which seemed very reasonable. On Monday morning, I received a call asking if they could come that morning instead, however I was not going to be home, so they said that they would come at their scheduled time. I received a call later in the day saying that they could not come Monday afternoon after all, so I told them that the following afternoon would be fine. Two repairmen showed up punctually on Tuesday and commenced installation of the new faucet. After a few minutes, they told me that the water line under my sink was rusty and that I might want to replace it. I asked that they show me the problem, and I saw that the rust was on the outside of the line (nowhere near where water flowed), so I asked whether that was a problem with the water quality. He acknowledged that the rust was on the outside of the line and said it shouldn't be a problem. But THEN he said that the water line was old (which it was) and that it could break very soon. Considering that it was not yet broken, I told him that I would prefer not to have to replace it at this time if I really didn't have to. He THEN changed his story again and said that the water line was too short to reach the new faucet. When I asked how it was long enough to reach the old faucet, he said that the old one had a longer line to which he could attach it. I then asked how much it would cost to replace the old line and he said $240. I asked if there was any other way to install it, and he said that he could simply install an extension line to the existing water line. I asked how much that would cost, and he said that it is included fro free in the regular $89 installation cost! At no time had he ever indicated that they could solve the problem for free without having to shell out an additional $240 for a water line that I really don't need at this time. Needless to say, I was not happy with the "sales pitch" that I was given to spend $240 unnecessarily. I will not use Overland Plumbing again, as I'm sure that many other customers would have gone ahead and spend the extra money without asking questions.

I left for work while they were doing the work, and when I came back I noticed that there were a few scratches in my stainless steel kitchen sink. They were supposed to fix it when they came to install the toilet but they did not nor did they have any intention to.

Insisted to change the water hose and valve that were not broken. Said it will leak if not changed. That is not going to leak if done right but hinted to me it will leak. I have no choice but to have it changed because if he didn't change it, he will make it leak. I have to pay extra $100 on these additional work that is not needed. HIGH ROBERY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I thought I was going to receive $200 worth of service but after calling I found that each service was about $200. I wanted them to give the deal the said they would, it seems to be phishing scam. I spoke with Anna, and she told me the coupon was a misprint.

Scheduling to my needs was easy. Jeremy arrived on time with a helper, worked efficiently and gave me good advice.

We were in the middle of having our flooring replaced which prompted the replacement of our refrigerator waterline so that it would include a shut-off valve. Overland was able to come on Saturday to complete the work, which worked out well since the majority of the flooring work had been completed. The worker arrived on time and I knew him from previous work which was nice. He immediately got to work laying down protective covering on the new floor. Before he installed the waterline box, I let him know that the new baseboard would be taller than the existing. He was happy to adjust for that. He completed the install of th new waterline and then patched the wall. Since I had just painted the kitchen, I had paint on hand. He painted a first coat and then dried it so that he could apply a second coat. By the time he finished, you could not tell that the wall had been cut out 3 hours before. Overland does good quality work.

They did such a good job I asked them to come back this week and install a faucet& drain in the island sink, along with an insta-hot and fiber. They did a great job and gave me a discount on some of the work. They are just fishing up now and they have done a another great job.

They arrived at appointed time, got right to work, pointed out rusted sink baskets and improper installation of drains. They repaired the faucet first. One went to get parts while the other installed the water filter and removed the old sink baskets and drain. The baskets and drains were installed according to code. They did an excellent job of cleaning up their mess. Overall I was well pleased with the job and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I called them to set up an appointment and explained the work. Soon afterwards, it was determined that the price for my job was much higher than I anticipated or was ready to pay, even with the Deal taken into account. Instead, I am now seeking out other companies to do the work. They did prove responsive and cooperative in explaining the prices and working out an appointment, but it was more difficult to cancel the appointment as I had a harder time reaching them.

I purchased an Anglie's list coupon for $89 = $200 plumbing service. I made an appointment and two men came on time. Their estimate for a faucet replacement (new faucet already purchased) and to fix a running toilet and unfreeze one undersink turnoff was about $700; minus the $200 less the cost of the coupon it came to about $600. This seemed (and proved to be ) a ridiculously high price. I declined their services and immediately requested and assume i will receive a refund from Angie's list. These were minor jobs but they charged a flat rate, not by the hour, so a simple, quite routine toilet fix was $250! I have subsequnetly had all three jobs done by another plumber ( he replaced both shut offs under the sink instead of just one) for $180 including parts, less than 1/3 of their charge! I can only assume the offer was a total ripoff and abuse of Angie's list.

the 2 guys who came out were very polite, fast, and efficient. couldn't be happier with the level of service.

I bought the Angie's List deal and was very satisfied. I had purchased a new bathroom sink faucet and associated supply line and drain connections and even though the instructions said it was a simple installation I was intimidated as I didn't have the proper wrenches to reach up under the sink and I was afraid of failing halfway through the installation. Saw the deal and I bought it. Called them and they actually answered the phone (one star), they were very courteous and friendly (one start), they said they could easily do the complete installation using my deal (one star). We set an appointment window (today between 2 and 5). They called me again at 2 pm to let me know exactly when they would be there: 3 pm (one star). Promptly at three Geremi and Tello rang my doorbell (one star). Geremi was the lead and Tello, his assistant, was carrying a work bag full of plumbing tools. They were clean and neat and very polite (one star). I showed them the bathroom and they went to town. In less than an hour they said they were finished (one star). I checked out the installation and it was beautiful Nothing leaked and everything worked perfectly. (one star) They also gave me a free water pressure inspection (one star) and checked my plumbing under the house (one star). Again, very professional and quick. (one star) If you add up everything . . . I gave them way more than five stars ! ! Thank you so much Gieremi and Tello from Overland Plumbing !

I hope AngiesList takes notice of this providers less than honest service and won't allow them to screw any other consumers who dare to hope they could actually get a deal with an honest trades person by purchasing the BIG DEAL offer. I would never recommend recommend these crooks to anyone and probably have to simply say good-bye to my $89. We even called the owner and he also told us too bad, so sad. Crooks!

I had some extra service done apart from the offer I had purchased with the Big Deal coupon. They were punctual, and experienced.

It went very well they were very professional.

The 'big deal' included one faucet repair. I had a second faucet that needed repair for which I was charged an extra $100. This whole job was performed in 20 min. and cost $200.

I was looking for a plumber and got a coupon from Angie's List to snake my main waste line. Geremi was on time the clean out is inside my home. Protected all areas where he brought the equipment very nice and informative. I got to look down the drain with a camera so he could show me it was clear very interesting. I will use them for any plumbing problems that I have in the future.

We had moved into a new house in June and there was very slipshod plumbing in the bathroom that had been added on. Therefore all the pipes jammed up very quickly and there was no cleanout to flush the clog through. So, Aurelio and his crew (which make up Overland Plumbing) cam very quickly and worked through the night to get it fixed. It's not the cheapest around but they installed a cleanout, and fixed all the pipes in our bathroom.It went smoothly and we haven't had any problems since.

It went better than great!!! First of all, I called yesterday and they told me the service person would be here at 1100AM. He actually came EARLY!!!! LUIS was our service person. He checked out what needed to be done and quoted the price, did the job (replaced "angle stops and hoses" on the bidet) and did the job neatly and in a very timely manner. We have used Overland for quite a while and all of service people are excellent and they always come as soon as possible and do the jobs well. The owner is available to take calls which is important just in case you have an issue.

I called them to check out an problem with water leaking in the laundry area. They quickly determined that the waste-line was backing up and overflowing causing the leak. They attempted to snake the waste-line and and after pulling out a lot of gunk decided to check under the house. It was discovered that the waste-line pipes ever very badly corroded, did not have a good angle, and had several 90% turns. This was on a Friday evening. We discussed the options and I decided to upgrade the waste-line. The plan was to start the next morning, Sat at 8:00 am and wrap it up by Monday evening. Saturday, they arrived with a crew of 5 and immediately starting placing covering over all carpeting and went to work. They worked through till 6 pm and completed the job in one day. At the end of the day, I was told that they decided to put 2 crews on the job so that it could be finished in one day. All the workers were very nice and professional and were keeping track of our 2 dogs to make sure neither one got out. At one point they could not find one my dogs and when they checked with me after looking all over the house and yard she was curled up in out bed under the pillows sleeping. The workmanship was excellent and the workmen were friendly and always willing to answer my questions along the way as I tend to be curious. Considering that this was an unplanned event, they helped make it much more manageable and made the entire day pleasant. Overland Plumbing is now my company of choice going forward.

It started as my uncle was updating their house for resale, and they said I wouldn't believe what this plumber pays attention to, how efficient he is, how he shows them everything and explains to them every step of the way what his process is.To make sure I ask for Hugo. So I made an appointment for an estimate, Hugo came right on time, and the experience began. Our condo was built in 1963, and needless to say, it's an understatement that it has poor design. They converted about 15 to 20 years ago to copper plumbing, not that they didn't take every conceivable shortcut in the process. There were open pipes in my father's closet, Hugo said everything was backwards. Which confirms other residence repairs. He put EVERYTHING where it should be, showed, explained, suggested currant product, this company really has found a more than wonderful person working for them. We were finally to the point of putting the new vanities in, (they had been shipped from the East Coast and with all the back and forth with all the contractors, it was finally the day. He worked ALL weekend with me to try and finish my job, and no - one would come with him because of the weekend, so he talked his father into coming... they undid the 1st vanity, it was fine, the second, the craftsmanship was poor but they had shipped it anyway. It had also been sitting on my patio for 6 weeks or so, so he said "This wasn't made right and I'm not installing it." I thought I was going to die. Another 6 weeks for another to get shipped...so he said "Tell you what, get ahold of the store and see if anyone has another one, I'll follow you anywhere within a 50! mile radius to take this back, pick up the new one, and get it installed today."I had ordered it online because I couldn't find it at a store, but I found a store, it was a group effort, I wasn't even working, and I WAS EXHAUSTED! just watching. We went, we concurred, he installed, WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE THE WHOLE TIME. He did have to come back one more day to blow out a line between my downstairs neighbor & me. AND of course he finished with my favorite Customer Service etiquette, thank you so much for your business, can I do anything else to help you. This kind of service will Always get you referrals and repeat business. A+ Thank You Hugo!
