Description of Work: Got an Angie's list deal to have a garbage disposal installed. They wanted an additional $300+ to complete the install because of limited room under the sink. While I understand the space was tight and some work was necessary to accommodate the new disposal, over four times the total price I paid was beyond excessive, so I didn't move forward. I hired a handyman and had it done for $150.

Description of Work: They replaced the gut of the toilet tank with a repair kit ,the connecting flex hose,the water valve,and the water pipe connecting the valve to the main water pipe inside the wall. The whole job took less than two hours.They did good work,courteous,and very clean.

+ -1 moreFantastic. I was told a plumber would be at my house at 8:00am. At 8:00am I received a call letting me know he was running about 10 minutes late due to traffic. Wow! And he showed up right at 8:10a. When he got to my house he made a determination that it was a simple small piece of metal that needed to be fixed and he wouldn't charge me for the metal piece. He would just charge me the hourly rate of $79. Within 45 minutes he had done everything and we even chatted for a few minutes about home ownership and his desire to buy his own house. I had previously been given an estimate from a different company that it would be $200-$300 to replace the stopper. Overland Plumbing is my new go-to plumber! They were fantastic. And they didn't charge a minimum for showing up to assess the problem. And I got to work on time.
Description of Work: I needed the stopper/pop-up device fixed on a bathorrom sink. The plumber said it was a simple replacement of a small metal piece that had become too flexible. In 20 minutes he was done!

+ -1 moreI got great service from my initial contact over the phone to the completion of actual work done. Their crew came over Monday morning at 8 AM sharp! And got started by covering the floor where needed to complete the work, they worked hard every day for 4 days at the attic and in the crawl space (which did not have much space) to repipe my 3-1/2 bathrooms, they replaced the old galvanized pipes and some piping and hoses below the sinks, they insolated the hot water pipes and put a circulation pump so I can get instantly hot water in my master bathroom which is far away from the water heater and I had to wait a long time for the hot water to arrive ? no more :). Everything was done to code and the inspector was very satisfied, they patched my walls and everything got back to where it was. I?m very happy with their job and I got great pressure too :), the great thing about Overland is that they are a Plumbing Service company as well so I will use them for all of my Plumbing needs in the future.
Description of Work: Overland Plumbing has repiped my house with new copper piping. Their crew went above and beyond to complete the work. They were clean courteous and professional
