The overall installation went very well and I'm very pleased with their quality of service. Besides being very friendly, the quality of work and professionalism was excellent. I didn't appreciate that the Monitor stove would adjust how much heat it would output, based on how far off the current room temperature was in relation to the set temp. Unlike a forced air furnace, this heater keeps the room a more constant temp. I REALLY like that aspect of it. I should mention that I had been using a wood stove to heat the house in previous years. Let alone is kerosene SO much easier and less maintenance on my part, the overall cost was slightly less than what I was paying for the olive or walnut hardwood. My only regret is that I didn't switch to kerosene years ago.
Description of Work: They installed a Monitor kerosene stove which I use to heat the entire house. The installation went very well. Their attention to detail during the install, impressed me. They had to go through a tiled wall in order to install the exhaust/air intake vent. Their repair of the wall was top notch.
