I want to share my recent moving experience with Los Angeles Quality Movers. I am so thankful to this company as they made my move stress free, on-time and with professionalism. I have had companies in a past and these guys compare to previous were much better. Just by looking at them- you can tell right away that you dealing with pros (uniformed strong guys, polite, courteous). My experience started from a first time calling them to book a job. Rep went over all the details, answered all my questions, gave me some moving tips. I really appreciate that. On an actual moving day a crew of three men showed up, foreman went one more time over all the details with me and they started working. I did not see anyone working that fast (they wrapped my furniture in moving pads, shrink-wrapped my "baby "couch). I was truly amazed by their working performance. I definitely recommend using this company to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I did not hire them. (Two other companies have provided estimates - professionally and focusing on the needs of my move and me as a client: the way it should be. Not one problem.) I have tried to call the owner, but he is out until Thursday. I will try again then. I believe that most companies want honest feedback and try to correct their problems; so I will explain directly to him what happened. (I spent decades as a consultant to executives at top Fortune companies on communications and customer satisfaction issues: this is a prime case study in what not to do.) NOTE: I was required to complete all categories, but some ratings did not apply - e.g. price - because I did not go forward with the job. But

"Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with our estimator. If you look at our previous reviews all our customers are happy with a service they get from us. Honestly, you are the first one having some issues with us. Now, let's reveal our side of a story. Customer made an appointment for a visual inspection with us for a certain time and date. After that, within one day she called us to reschedule an appointment. She changed date and time two times!!! And we did it even though it was not the best option for us. During conducting a visual inspection she asked for a flat binding rate. In order for us to provide with a flat rate we need to get as much information as possible so there won't be any unexpected charges nor surprises during an actual move. That what our estimator tried to get. But, customer seemed to be not cooperative at all. On top of that, she was rude, and lacked communicative skills. Any way, we wish you best of luck with your move!!"

I moved yet again with Los Angeles Quality Movers. Nick handled my reservation and again walked me thru the process. He was very close to the actual cost when things were finished. They were on time and on budget and they get my five stars again. This will be my third move with them in 5 years and they were outstanding. Yuri was on my crew and he was excellent and very respectful of me and my belongings.

I just used this company to move my small one bedroom apartment . Dima and Alex were AMAZING. So quick, professional, and above all else, NICE guys. The move took a total of two hours. It was awesome. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Alex and his team did an excellent job with my move in the city. Street parking, hills, and 4 flights of stairs seemed easy for these guys. Very friendly and efficient. I also found the customer service team helpful before my move. Very responsive and easy to work with.

This guys are great, they did everything fast and with outstanding care. They have the right equipment to handle everything that you have. We moved to an apartment where the space to enter to the rooms is very narrow, but they were very careful to carry the furniture without scratching it and they knew how to handle it to get it in. They came within the time frame that they stated and were very presentable.

Los Angeles Quality movers, no problems (that weren't of my own making). We went fifth floor to fifth floor and they got all my belongings there undamaged. Another of my roommates used someone else and it didn't go nearly as smoothly. These guys knew what they were doing. The price was the same as the quote price.
