The flowers delivered were just fine. I was told one price of $29.12 and charged $43.25. I was told the Free Delivery and a $10.00 promo code would apply even though they had a $35.00 minimum. I called Customer Service twice and finally 2 days later I got a call from someone in California. I asked how they arrived at the $43.25 figure. I was told they added a processing fee to the $35.00. I asked about the free delivery and $10 promo code and was told I did get free delivery but the promo code did not apply to phone orders. The lady who took the order was misinformed. Buyer beware. One person takes the order,and your charge card number. A third party actually charges the card. I got a charge not matching the phone quote and then the the florist in California tells you so sad, too bad my employee was misinformed. I was told they sent the flowers and the charge stands. I can't recommend this florist. I asked all the right questions. And it still went wrong!
Description of Work: Found this florist on line. They offered "Free Delivery and Save $10.00 with promo code (Love)". I ordered item C7-3072 Basket of Cheer Bouquet. When I spoke to Customer Service I asked a lot of questions. 1. Do you have a Minimum order dollar amount. Yes, $35.00. 2. I asked if this free delivery/$10.00 off would still apply, because if it did not, the same bouquet on 1-800 followers was $29.00. I was assured by Jenny it would apply and my total cost was was quoted as $29.12. 4. I asked if she did the billing to my charge card. Answer was she was not empowered to make the official charge, a person in Beverly Hills at the florist would do that, and charge your card. I should of hung up right then! 3. Since this was my first time to use this company, I asked "If the total she quoted me did not match my actual charge who do I call". I was told the 1-888 758-4141 and they would make it right. The flowers were delivered. I was charged $43.25.
