They were punctual and performed their services within 20 minutes. Not sure if our gutters were very clean to begin with or they just worked very fast. Not quite sure if we really received our money's worth.

"Thank you for your review. I am sorry if you were not pleased with the services for any reason. Sometimes the work can take a long time and sometimes it can be very quick. Most jobs we do have three experienced workers cleaning your gutters and if they don't run into any problems, such as clogged downspouts, it will be completed in a short amount of time. I do assure you though that they do a very thorough job. If you are concerned that they were not thorough I would be happy to come check their job for you. Because you bought the deal through Angies List we were only allowed to offer 1 price for all homes, even though homes can be very different. Much of the value in gutter cleaning comes from its inherent risk from using ladders and walking on roofs. I am sorry if you did not feel this was a good deal for your particular home. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your experience with B & B Window and Gutter Cleaning a better one. Ben Trueman-Owner"

Called them to clean gutters. They came, on time, did great job, and even advised me on something going on with my roof, for which I called a roofer. Easy, affordable, very pleasant, done.

They responded promptly to an email and came by and did an estimate. They came when they said they would and were great to deal with. They checked to see that the gutters (and flashing) were functioning well, engaged me in a discussion about whether we needed to keep the gutter brushes we installed some years ago and they fixed a minor problem with a corner joint at no extra charge. I asked them to contact me next fall for an annual cleaning. I also asked for an estimate on window washing which they do as well. The estimate was very fair so I'll be calling them in the spring for that as well. Note that they told me that they often take several weeks vacation in late January and February, when business is slow.

The last time I used their services was probably in August. I have French doors and French windows on 3 levels. They clean the windows both from inside as well as from outside. The price charged by them is very fair and they also do a good job.

Ben and his team were very professional, punctual, and thorough. Ben made an appointment to do an estimate, arrived on time, and gave us an estimate. We scheduled the work for the next week. Ben and his team arrived punctually for the scheduled work, immediately set to their task, and completed cleaning our gutters in just under 2 hours.
