They came exactly when they said they would, cleaned the gutters, which was what I had requested, and also spent some time looking for and finding the source of a leak into my house. They were efficient, courteous, and cleaned up well afterwards.

The job was performed by the owner. Provided his assessment of the gutters condition and what repairs we're needed. Appreciated that he was honest about what he could and could not do; recommended a specialist to replace damaged gutters. Would definitely use this company again for gutter cleaning.

10-3-13 Update:: I was quickly contacted by the owner of the company, Ben, who insisted on covering all the damage and will give me a discount on future services with the company as well. He was sincerely troubled by my experience with some of his employees and assured me that he does not tolerate poor experiences such as I had. Sometimes things go wrong. I have no doubt that if it happens with this company, your issues will be resolved. Good to know.

First they were 40 minutes late without any kind of phone call. Who doesn't have a cell phone anymore? The windows look good, screens are okay. But the gutter experience was awful. They could have asked me to move my car but instead ended up spraying debris and dirt all over my car (i did not know they would be using a hose to clean the gutters). The same debris was left all over my porch and they mangled a huge hydrangea that is close to one window. And then, when I got into the aforementioned car when they left, I saw the windshield had been cracked. I have no proof but , gosh, it wasn't cracked before they came.

We give everyone an hour block for arrival time because traffic is variable, and this day was no exception with the bay bridge closure. We will try to communicate better with you in the future. As for spraying the gutters down, they need to be washed and flushed otherwise there is no telling if they are functioning properly, but they should have asked you to move your car if it was going to get dirty. Sorry for that. And lastly I sincerely apologize if they somehow cracked your windshield. They definitely would have said something if they were aware that they had. I will be speaking with the crew on the job that day and would be happy to replace the windshield for you. Our sincerest apologies. Ben Trueman"

Ben and Nicole could not have been nicer, or more professional. The price quoted was fair, and while I was not home at the time, Ben cleaned the gutters thoroughly, left a nice note, and left the exterior of the house as neat as a pin. I highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future!

Two friendly workers came -- but 25 minutes later than time set. Worked well. Spent a lot of time with the cleaning and clearing of drains, I appreciated this. Did clean up all gutter debris on ground, however my husband as not happy that they left debris that had caught on side of house and stayed. They left a garden gate open - which is a problem because we have a dog and there are coyotes in the neighborhood. The price was comparable to other bids, and the company we used formerly. I would probably try another company before i called them back.

They came and introduced themselves, did the required work, reported the gutter needing replacement and did some extra checking of that gutter. They followed up with a phone call to my husband to discuss the cleaning and the problem gutter.

I was pleased to learn that B and B Window and Gutter Cleaning could come and clean my gutters when I was not at home. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the person I spoke to was courteous and professional. I can only assume that they did a good job cleaning my gutters since I can't see them without climbing a ladder. Here are the reasons I didn't rate them with all As. Because people generally can't see into their gutters, the only way to know how the service went is to get feedback about it, either written or verbal. I knew they had come todo the work because my housemate was here when they arrived, but were it not for that, I would have had to contact them to even know if they had come. They left nothing at the house and made no communication at all with me. After some time I emailed them to ask why they hadn't left an invoice or something and to confirm that the gutters had been cleaned. I did not hear back and had to email a second time. I was told that with an Angie's list voucher, they don't leave an invoice because it is already paid. I let him know my experience with the lack of feedback and he was very responsive and professional about the exchange.He said they only communicate something to the customer if there are problems with the gutters. It would have really improved my experience to get a note or email from them saying and quot;your gutters are all clean and they are in good conditionand quot;. This brings me to my last critique... I know that one of my gutters is not angled correctly so the water doesn'tall flow to the downspout and when it rains hard it spills over the edge (even when they're clean). I had forgotten to mention it to them, I had expected them to detect that and possibly offer to fix it.

They did an excellent job. Not only did the clean the gutters, but they did a great job cleaning up the yard after their work. Also, the house is three floors and they were able to bring the needed ladders to reach all of our gutters. They were also very nice to our dog, which scores extra points in my book.

The work was done while we were at work, so can't comment on length of time it took or what time of day it was done. But B and B did a great job, because when the first rain came a couple of weeks ago, the sound from the drainpipes were VERY loud from the water flowing so freely. It was great to know the job was done well and done before major rain. Good job all around.
