They're great. It cost me plenty. They were excellent. For pricing, I think what you get, it's fine. I was glad to pay it. They were really good.

This comes with a 5 year warranty. They left the area completely clean. They were professional and great. They do quality work. They cut into the wall from the bedroom so we didn't have to replace tile.

They just serviced us today, they serviced us this morning. We’ve had two recent visits with them. They’ve done an adequate or good job but we are a little concerned about the prices. It seems a little high. My wife in particular is a little bothered by that. We just found it maybe a little expensive but they’re very competent. They did some work for us today and did another job for us about 3 or 4 months ago. In both cases I think we used one of your online coupons to reduce the payment a little bit. The total was $317 and that was with the $20 discount that we got from your coupon. He was here for less than an hour and he didn’t really have to, I don’t think, there’s no listing here for parts but if there was a part it was more like a large washer or something because there was a leak. I don’t think parts were very significant. It had just a very slow leak around the base of the toilet and we would notice after several days that there would be moisture there. It’s a little early to tell if the leak is gone, but I think he knew what he was doing.

Situation was resolved.

The office staff are always excellent communicators. The service technicians are always on time and friendly. I was very pleased with the service received for the drain clog and the direct vent heater replacement. As for the water heater replacement, I was not happy with what I felt was an attempt by the estimator to convince me I had no other option but to upgrade to tankless ($7K). After getting the job completed by a different company + inspected ($1500) I sent unfavorable feedback via email to Albert Nehman Plumbing. The owner called me personally right away. As a result, despite my frustration with that one incident, I have not written the company off. The owner clearly takes pride in his business and cares about his staff and customers. If I have any plumbing or heating needs in the future I will contact Albert Nehman Plumbing again.

Extremely well

After a quick response on the message center in Angie's List promising to come the next day, I got a call the next morning to schedule an appointment and the person who called was not only rude and dismissive but said they could not come that day as promised. Very disappointing.

Even though they had to come back several times, the overall work was excellent. This was a high pressure job that was handled well. Communication was great and dealing with Albert himself was reasonable.

Very smooth operation. This company tends to be a little more expensive than others, but they always do excellent work, they send several people, and spend time explaining stuff to me, so I think it's worth the peace of mind.

Technician quickly diagnosed problem. He showed me how to fix the shower head on my own for future reference and then completed entire job quickly and professionally. Very good experience.,

They did excellent work, were fast and efficient, and very responsive. They are not the cheapest plumbers, nor do they claim to be, but they do superior work.

In 3.5 days they removed my old heating system and put in the above systems. They cleaned up every day. The crew was knowledgeable, cheerful, worked together without discord, fast, and professional.

We had watched YouTube videos and tried to fix the heater ourselves. The technician explained why our heater worked then didn't work after our "fix". He walked us through all the steps, so we understood the problem and the repair.

You call them and they say they will be there, you know I figured it would take a couple of days for it to get done. But by the end of the day I had a new hot water heater. It was all done. 

They came out that day, and looked at it and said you need a new water heater. It's this part, replacing this part is too much and you should just get a new one. I figured it was going to take days, and we had hot water by the end of the day. It was just like"Were done now", and i was like really. 

They were nice, and polite. They cleaned up their mess, and were kind of just all you wanted those people to be. 

They are a pretty well known and established name around here. They have been around a long time. You pay a little more for the name, they could be cheaper. But you are buying reputation so you pay more. I don't feel like I over paid, but I could have went with someone else for less. I don't think like that is a criticism, but I feel like I got what I paid for. If something goes wrong I will call them again. 

Michael, the estimator, came out and got all the information. He was very professional and even talked about various different options including putting the heater in the attic. He was very knowledgeable. I chose to go with another company, but I believe that Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating would have done a great job on the work proposed.

Everything was an A. We would absolutely use them again. They were excellent and very professional. This was our only experience with them.

Anthony from Albert Nahman diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. I was told by 2 other plumbers that they would need to tear out the wall and replace galvanized pipe. Anthony discovered my pipes were copper and simply replaced the shower stem. Save me thousands of dollars! He was punctual, kind and very professional.

He didn't fix it. Recommended something we could do ourselves and we followed his recommendation and it did not work.

A guy came out who was nice enough, but he smelled heavily of cigarette smoke which did not mix well with rain and my asthma. He stated he the furnace could not be fixed and that the parts could not be located and that we would need to replace it with a wall unit which would require pulling permits and doing wiring/heating duct work to the tune of about 4 grand. He said he would send us a quote and never did. We were without heat for over a month until we contacted PG&E and the guy came out and lit the pilot and we have had heat ever since. Also, the guy tried to run my card through several times for payment and finally gave up saying he couldn't get a good signal. We later received a bill stating that they had been trying to reach us by phone and our card was declined. I never received a phone call from them and the card was not declined. We paid a lot of money for something that should have been free. If the guy knew anything about the type of furnace we had he should have advised us to contact PG&E to light the pilot. Additionally, when I called them and asked was there a special through Angie's List they told me no I didn't need that.

this is actually my first real contact with an anglie's list recomendation. how did these ******** gather so many positive recommendations? makes me question the value of angie's list.
