From my first contact with Benicia Plumbing to the last, I was pleased by their professionalism and expertise. Will definitely be using BP exclusively in the future.

When I called - the nice women I spoke with said they charge $125 and hour and charge in 15 minute intervals after the first hour. Without seeing the job onsite - she thought about 2-4 hours of work.
Mike came out and did the work . He was on time, very polite and a pleasure to work with . Total charge INCLUDING some new parts was $307 (Leapfrog's bid was $800!!). I wouldn't hesitate to call Benicia plumbing again for any work I needed done

It was an absolutely a miracle kind of repair that he did. Some of the stuff almost fell apart when he was pulling it out after he checked the water. He did not have to take out the wall but he found it just in time. After he fixed it all, I still have a tiny leak that was not explored yet which got to be from the old tanker system. After he fixed the one leak, he walked around the house because I had been thinking about getting the plumbing upgraded and he showed me what the problem was mostly. So a lot of it has been upgraded and we would not have to do much. Then he showed me the one place where I need to have it done which I a bathtub that I don’t use currently. We also talked about that they also do water remediation and foundation work. They work with landscapers, roofers and gutter people to make sure the water is away from the house. I have not had work done yet but he was extremely professional and explained to me a lot. He took his time to walk me through what he can do for me.
They are prompt, responsive, professional, explain things and have a reasonable price. I never had problems with their service. They were very honest and I like them.

See above. Errol did a fabulous job. I especially appreciate that he fixed the slow draining sink and the water pressure problems by noticing them without me asking about them. I was worried the bill would run up if I had him look at these things but my bill was much lower than I expected for all the work he did.

In the bath tub, whenever the shower was turned on, water dripped on the floor below. The plumber confirmed the leak when the shower was on but found no leak when the tub spout ran. He determined the leak was in the shower line. He unscrewed and pulled out the tub spout to examine the tub to shower connection joint and found a deformed plastic leaking nipple which he replaced with brass part. This solved the problem. The part cost only $6.50 and was conveniently supplied on his truck that day so he took under an hour to fix the mysterious leak. We are impressed with this efficient work. We will always use Benicia Plumbing and we are very grateful to Angie's List who led us to this top notch choice.

They always show up on time and have the manpower and materials to get the job done.The work is done in a timely fashion and done correctly.
They are not the cheapest, but I and the HOA have always been satisfied.

I liked the promptness and the price was reasonable. There was confusion about the price at first. I had an issue but I dealt with it with the manager of the company and he did it to my satisfaction.

Benicia Plumbing made it out right away to replace the water heater and came out a second day to replace the faucet. The water heater was replaced and the area was tidy and the installation looks like a professional did it (sort of what I'd expect.) Because they're familiar with the houses in my area, they knew more than I did about sizing, even while just on the phone. It's been great.
The new faucet was a lot of work, and I'm glad they did it and not me. It had clearly been with the house for a long time, and it was not ready to leave. However, that was all taken care of, and the new one has performed flawlessly.

This was a rental unit. The first time they came didn't fix the problem. I wasn't on site either. They spoke with the tenant directly. The original repair cost somewhere between $100-200. Don't recall. This visit was under warranty. I showed up and worked with the technician directly. He seem knowledgeable and the repair was fine.
It seemed that you need to be there and communicate with technician. I am not sure if there are technician with different level of expertise.
I have had other plumbing repair issues, usually complex leaks and it usually takes them at least two visit to diagnose and fix. I am not happy with the multiple visits but I am not sure that other people will necessarily do any better under those circumstance.

It appears they were trying to be deceptive. He told me I needed more power for my stove when I really didn't.

They were on time, effieient and we were please with the work.

A plumber came out on the same day we called and was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing to my husband. He completed the job in about two hours and we have not had any problems with the work he performed. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

We spent a couple of hundred dollars for that service. They were great. They were very reliable and they know these houses and have worked on them, so they know the plumbing in this area.

Anthony did an excellent job at each task I requested and even put on a fitting for my fridge for no charge, I bought lunch him for that. I really enjoyed the detail with which he took to make sure each fitting was well connected and on the right level. He even made sure to polish off the flux from his welds on pipes I would never see again. He took the time to explain what he was doing and give me heads up on any items that might need my attention. The only issues I really had were that the price was a bit higher than I would like as the demo work was already done and I did have to call the office at least twice before I heard back from Anthony.
