My plumber had to come back to my house because of a mistake made while installing the hot water heater. I called the company after hours, when I discovered the leak. The operator called me back to let me know my plumber was on his way to fix the issue. The issue was fixed that night, and it has been working fine since then.

As another customer said, extremely overpriced. We had a leak coming from our 2nd floor and were told it was coming from the bathtub. They replaced the drain from the top of the tub (a less than $20 part which they charged a lot more). During the service, they discovered that water was in our dryer HVAC line (and I told the tech about this) which they said was where the leak was coming from and that they can not fix and do not fix. We got stuck with a bill over $2,500.00! We were caught in a bad place where we wanted to take care of it asap and trusted the technician. We are also fearful of COVID and did not get more quotes for service. Do your research first and get more quotes from other plumbers and do not get taken advantage of as I did. Call around for other service before considering this company.

Good service

Project: Repair the valves in a shower bath and shower by replacind with the newer code single valve system. Pablo was excellent for us. This was not really an emergency issue, and he was able to be here on a Friday morning after calling for service late on the afternoon on Thursday. We had a small leek in a bathtub that couldn't be fixed this time by just replacing the hot water valve cartridge (like before). I have been able to do this in the past. We discussed options clearly for different fixes and the timing and costs clearly. We determined that given all the work needed (original plumbing from when the house was build in 1962) we would update to the more modern and current single valve type shower/tub system. We were able to buy the specific fixtures we wanted and Pablo advised us as to the valve needed. He also provided us with a stop gap fix until he could do the work on Monday. He promised to be back and was. He did the work. We liked what he did so much we fixed the shower in the master bath as well. He actually had what we needed for that with him, so we were a go. He was able to do both in one day. Quite happy with the work he did, and the the cost was fair. Would definitely recommend and if needed, hire again.

If I could give Travis six stars, I would. He was on time to my home in Oakland. He assessed the situation and confirmed the estimate I had received. He replaced the bolts between tank and the bowl on my toilet as estimated and then also replaced the flapper which I had thought was alright until he showed me. No extra charge! What makes him so special in addition to his knowledge and skill is his attitude. He wants to help people and he is so pleasant about it. A manager James was also quite helpful in solving my concern with the estimate from the first onsite visit and adjusted it. Ask for Travis for good and fair work and excellent service.

Very good people, and very nice to work with them. I rated the work as top notch, but with a pipe installation it is very hard to immediately evaluate whether it is a good job or not. Time only will tell.

A bit expensive for a sewer side lateral clog clearing at $356.
