Oak Plumbing was very professional from the contact phone call to the completion of the actual work. Danny was great I appreciated his professionalism and detailed explaination of the problems and the plan of correction. I signed up for a annual maintenance service. The city Inspector was very pleased with the quality of the work and workmanship. I have used other Plumbing companies and in my experience Oak Plumbing was the most professional and detailed in the completion of the work.

Stan is very friendly, courteous, respectful, clear in explaining everything I need to know about the work needs to be done. I had a water heater and 3 toilets replaced. He also used a video camera to check whether there is a leaky pipe underneath my upstair toilet that I was in doubt. Danny was very professional and offered me 3 different options to run my new gas line. He explained the difference between all options and was very transparent on how the project is priced. That transparency created a lot of trust for me as a customer, so I knew how the project cost was developed.

The cost was pricey. BUT, I did not know the actual hourly rate. I would have liked a break-down - material, labor, etc.

Booking an appointment for 2 hrs after I called was amazing! We didn't have hot water- so a quick response and repair was really appreciated.

Given they had to drive from Concord to Suisun City, the 269.00 repair price is quite fair including parts and labor. Still, I feel the approach to the "next level" of cleaning and dismantling of the entire stove was a bit aggressive. I took the basic 269USD repair and refused the 6XX USD full job, at least this time. Nice guy though and didn't argue with me, very polite and professional in both appearance and attitude. A quality company!
