Had a new tolilet installed. Unfortunately, metal washers were installed inside the bowl, in addition to the rubber gromets which caused a drip leak. It was undetected after a 2nd visit and wasn't found until Stan arrived on the 3rd visit and corrected the problem. Working find now.

They were thorough and did a great job of informing me about issues and solutions. They did an excellent job!

On time, made several recommendations and finished the repairs on schedule.

Danny was on site next day for multiple project. He is efficient, pleasant, and is Mr. fixer. He did an excellent job for new toilets, leaky pipes and more. Customer service are informative,courteous Oak plumbing is now and future my plumber. Thank you

Stan arrived as scheduled. He did an excellent job on a complicated installation. Before he started he quoted a price. The installation took longer than expected. There was no extra charges. They kept to their quote. Very professional.

Called in the morning and plumber arrived approximately 4PM. Looked over the problem and wrote out my options explaining each one with no pressure for any of them. Fixed the problem with the option I chose in about 15 minutes. Danny was very pleasant and personable. Will call him again if needed.

I'd like to actually give them 6 stars! Incredibly responsive, and were available for non-emergency work the following day. Very professional too--email and text alerts letting me know where the technician was and when they would be arriving. The work was done quickly and with zero problems. Best of all the pricing is quoted after they look at your problem, without obligation to actually do the work....basically ensure that they will have to be fairly priced to earn the job. Also, very informative so I knew what my options were, and what each would cost I would absolutely use them again!

These guys were very professional and did great work. They were thorough and took the old material away and cleaned up after they were done.
