Great company!

Danny was entirely professional; he was on time, polite and he educated me. He taught me the very real possibility that the antique toilet that had come with the condo I had recently purchased was in very real danger of overflowing. Having just experienced that drama via the tank overflowing, I was extremely grateful to recieive that info!

They arrived quickly and had the job done in no time.

They did nothing but made a costly mess ,charged me over $400.00 and problem not solved,he also said I did not have a "clean out are clear out" not sure if thats the correct term,and I do, So he said he could put one in for over a thosand minus the 485 still leaving a balance over a thousand,he played around a couple of days saying something about getting permit,have not heard from him called another company got problem solved, Was told your person made problem worse,he fixed the problem in less time and money. NO MORE PROBLEMS,

Job was to replace old corroded cast iron pipes with ABS. Scheduling was easy. I was able to get an appointment the same week. Plumber (Jon) was very knowledgeable and experienced. Customer service was very responsive. They send email and text reminders of appointment as well as letting me know when Jon was on his way. They sent a photo of Jon before the first appt. as well. When Jon came for initial evaluation he said he would probably bring someone along to assist with the job. He came alone to do the work though and and had to come back another day with help in order to fix an issue that would not have occurred if he had help the first day. He explained the repair issue as perfectly functional and not problematic at all for the future, but not up to his standards. I appreciated that he came back and corrected it. I would definitely use Oak Plumbing again.

Did not do disposal installation correctly. I had to get repair to dishwasher because he did NOT remove PLUG in disposal where dishwasher drain goes into disposal. Did NOT connect dishwasher drain to air gap. As a result the dishwasher would NOT drain. Dishwasher repairman corrected the problem and removed the PLUG from disposal.

Completely satisfied. The technician was honest and knowledgable.

No heads up telephone call stating plumber was on his way to house, though was within the 10-2 hour window. No invoice. However plumber was friendly and professional. He need his business.

Turned out that our repair was very simple. Of course, it took a "pro" to know it was simple. "James" was the pro in every regard, and he liked my dogs (he put up with them). For those of us mystified by plumbing and its solutions, it's wonderful to know there are "professionals" out there who can solve our challenges for us.

Great work... James was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Very profesional...best part left my space very clean. I will hire them again soon!

It was an Emergency situation which they understood unlike the nonchalant answer I received from the assigned company (home warranty). When you have a patient of any type (in my case dementia), you don't wait 3 days for a solution. I got that solution less than 24 hours after the disruption (toilet) and I am happy.

The worker that came to my house was very nice but sloooooooow. I couldn't take it and had to cancel.

STAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PERSONABLE. HE FIXED MY PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HE EVEN WORE BOOTIES TO PROTECT MY FLOORS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

1/4/2019- Hired Oak Plumbing again to do annual water heater flush under my annual maintenance agreement with them. Stan came back out (says something about a company that has the same techs and office staff a year later). He is still a great tech and does an excellent job. No charge for service since I purchased the annual maintenance and discount program last year but since I am so pleased with them, their professionalism and their work ethic, I got another annual agreement for next year's flush to be done under the agreement and the 10% discount in case I need them to come out for future work. These guys are great, the office staff follows up on EVERYTHING and makes sure you know exactly when the technician is coming out via phone calls and texts. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs, their prices are reasonable so the discount agreement is more than just a plus to have. 1/2/2018 Lauren was very polite and with great enthusiasm when she answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. I received a text a few hours prior to Stan, the technician, arriving letting me know exactly what time they would be at my house. He was honest and didn't try to scare me into doing more than I needed to do and actually made it all very palatable despite the cost being a rather expensive job, but not more so than anyone else other than one other plumber who tried to scare me into replacing the whole unit and installing a cabinet over an outdoor unit that doesn't need one. Stan was upfront and honest and told me what I really needed to do to descale the unit and install valves at a reasonable rate. Stan encouraged me to watch his work and talked to me about everything he was doing and even cleaned out the aerator in the bathroom sink after the flush was done to get any debris cleaned out that the flushing had broken loose in the lines. This is overall a great company with great customer service. Everyone is professional and friendly. Couldn't have made a better choice in a pro.

I gave the business 5 stars for "value for money" because the quality of work and customer service were great, and I could not submit a review without evaluating value for money as well. I'm not familiar with the market and so am not qualified to rate value for money.

Prompt service. Everything was done in 1 day. Franklin was professional and friendly. I was given several options for each project. I would use Oak Plumbing again.
