Oak Plumbing

The technician came and repaired my toilet, yet it still does not sit well and is not leveled. I expected more for the almost $400 I paid to have it fixed. For this reason I feel it is a bad value for the money paid. Though they were nice, they had to come back to fix a leak that occurred when they did the work, seems that the almost 900 dollars I spent did not fully fix my plumbing problems. This is a lot to pay for a bandaid to my plumbing, I expected a more professional job. sorry, I do not recommend to use this company.

Professional plumbing service. Coordinated, competent, professional. Bathtub plumbing needed an overhaul. Two person team of plumbers scheduled and arrived to identify and resolve a problem resulting from old pipes. Professional and cordial. Great service.

Expensive but they get the job done

Extraordinary service! Stan solved a water pressure issue at our home that three other plumbers were unable to solve. He also put in a new fixture that supplies water to our refrigerator, put in a new faucet in our master shower, and a new hose bib outside. He was efficient, friendly, and professional throughout the job. I would highly recommend Oak Plumbing and Stan for any of your plumbing needs.

Competent and professional staff, Stan and Frank, addressed a difficult bath drain situation in an older home. Kept me well informed and comfortable restructuring the working of my bath drain in order to stop a leak. Cleared space below, replaced and reconfigured the drainage plumbing below the bath in order to resolve the existing problem in a very satisfactory manner. Knowledgeable and experienced, respectful and cordial throughout - top quality workmen doing great work.

Anthony was the rep that came to my home … young and had been to Kohler training. He cleaned out our Ghohe shower heads, which gave us a lot more pressure, which was the problem I called Oak for. He is a quick study when it comes to diagnosing problems … as with one of our low-boy Kohler toilets, and finding the leak (under the flange) where water comes into the water closet from the bowl … and replacing the part. (Other plumbers had no clue as to how to fix it, (saying replace the rubber flapper) and charging us a high price for the service call) and leaving me with the leak.

They knew how to fix the problem right away, were exceptionally courteous and helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

The technician, Stan, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The service coordinator was very responsive to finding a solution to our minor problem in a timely fashion. She was able to find an available technician to perform repair on the same day. The technician was on site when they promised, he was clear and concise in evaluating problem, duration of repair. I may likely call on them to perform an upgrade from our 1948 high volume to a modern high efficiency low volume model.

Very professional... when I asked them to e-mail me a picture and name of who will do the job, they promptly did it, saw to it they cover their shoes so that they don't bring dirt inside, very accommodating to my wishes and did a good job... the owner was very humble... he did it himself! Even took all the broken pieces and boxes of the new and old unit free. That's good service.

work was completed, but it would be great if the stmt for the completed work would include itemized data i.e. how much was charged for labor, and parts, charge fraction of an hour and what not....
