Andrew did a great job

Frank Carranza is an expert! I am a DIY and have been stumped about this problem for 30 years. He analyzed my plumbing problem from start to finish; unscrewed a few valves and the shower now has plenty of pressure for hot and cold water. He was here for an estimate which was no charge! They get very high marks on service till they stopped communicating. The problem was around cost. I know there is a large mark up by plumbers for parts (50% to 100% according to the internet). But Oak Plumbing originally charged me $700 for a faucet and was talked down to $400. After it was all done, I searched the internet for the exact faucet as now I had the model number, and the price ranged from $116 to $140, shipping included. By any standards that is way above a 100% mark up. When challenged on this information, I was offered a free water heater flush, which had already been done by the fellow who installed my faucet before I knew of the true cost of the faucet. Then they dropped the whole matter. Very disappointed in this company.

Experienced plumbers, very thorough and knowledgeable. After the job there was a slight leak in one of the toilets and they came right back out and fixed it immediately, no charge. I would highly recommend them.

Matt, Andrew and Malik exhibited professionalism and at the same time were very personable. They were always eager to answer questions and explain what and why of the job. Very happy to see the company having the customerâ s security in mind by texting to let us know the technicians were on their way and included a picture so you know who to expect; five stars for that alone.

They charge a flat rate based on the job and do not charge by the hour with a minimum of $161.00 for 15 minute job.

Jared Brown , the plumber, was on time , resolved a few access problems and completed the project expertly and quickly in a friendly professional manner. Great job.

Andrew was an amazing technician and part of an extremely professional and courteous company. Everyone from their scheduling team, dispatch and the technician - all friendly, professional and prompt. Andrew was an amazing tech, found the source and offered me options that would fit my needs and budget. No oversell, just exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue.

The plumber completed the work that we requested in our garage. Communication was excellent with the company in their texts and email. Great customer service and quality work. Costs seemed high but they were more responsive than others we contacted.

Great work, great craftsmen, pricing was at the very top of the range. I can't brag to or recommend to my cheap-scape friends.
