All was more than good.

This was a very good experience for me. Both Home Advisor and Oak Plumbing. I could not have been any happier with the customer service on the phone or with the Plumber. The toilet replacement job was done extremely well. Will not hesitate to hire again.

My hot water heater went out for the second time. It was only 4 1/2years old. Called the company that we had done business with for over 25 years. They were to busy gave me some other places to call. The same to busy. Don't ever buy a Rhemm hot water heater. They use to be the best. That is why I bought one, but not anymore. I was upset, then I thought of Home Advisor. Called Home Advisor and in minutes I received many numbers to call. I called Oak Plumbing. The receptionist Manny ( I believe her name) said they too were busy as well. I know she could hear my anxiety in my voice. She told me that she would try and rework the schedule. She called back in minutes and said they were sending a technician (Matt) out with in the hour. Matt then called me when he was on his way. What a wonderful person. He checked out the water heater and got it lit. I was able to shower while he worked on it. HOT WATER at last! Bad news he could fix it but could not guarantee it. Which I understander. We talked it over and he installed a AOSmith brand heater. Oak Plumping has a great company guarantee. 6 years no charge for return service and a free maintenance once a year. They took care of getting the permit. In Fairfield the city requires the heater to be wrapped ( which is unnecessary in the new hot water heaters). They came back and wrapped it for no extra fee. Andrew texted me to say he was on his way. He was very nice and professional too. I really like the way they keep in contact with you. I can say they couldn't do enough for me. He was willing to go out of the way to accomadate any of my other plumbing needs. Would give them full five stars if the price was a little lower. But I am happy with their services!

Very friendly and professional, they were about to come out within 4 hours and completed the project in a very timely manner. Mike was honest about the services needed without trying to up sale where it wasn't necessary. I will definitely use them if I need a plumber again.

We have had trouble with 2 slow flushing toilets and had other plumbers come to repair with no luck. Oak Plumbing sent out Mat and Andrew to trouble shoot the problem and repair it. After a thorough investigation which included checking the vent in the attic and pulling the toilet to check the P Trap and drain they were able to find the problem and repair it. A problem arouse and they made everything right. Thats something missing with many companies these days. Nicole handled dispatching Mat and even sent text letting my wife know when Mat would be there. She appreciated that as most companies give you a 2-4 hour window so your struck at home waiting. I would recommend them again Dennis

Apparently, when it rains, it also pours. Last week our water softener went out. After I lot of research trying to find a plumber who truly understood our brand of water softener, I ended up calling Oak Plumbing who sent Mike Lambright to our house. I was delighted with Mike's work and willingness to delve into the problem. So when our InSinkErator quit working this week, I called Oak Plumbing and asked for Mike again. He said he'd arrive to our house b/t 8-10 this morning. He showed at 8:15 a.m., slipped protective booties over his shoes before he came into the house, and immediately went to work with efficiency and a great attitude. No damage done to anything; no messes for me to clean up. So pleased to have this company in my house maintenance contact file.

Very professional and helpful

Mike fixed a problem with a Fleck water softener system that hadn't been properly installed by the contractor who remodeled our house. Also, untangled the pullout hose/sprayer in the bathtub that is not easily accessible from inside the house. Explained a few other potential problems with our water heater, but no pressure to make any financial commitments from him. He just provided me with good information. I highly recommend Oak Plumbing.

Professional and reliable

I spent over $1000 in a week and I still have problems with two machines. Have to call plumber again this week.

Matt Harris was very professional and explained the work to be required work and possible options is a very clear and thorough manner. Work was done within the agreed upon time frame and for the estimated price. I would use Oak Plumbing again.
