Hats off to Mr. Jared Brown the technician who serviced our main drain clog! He did a great job and explained in depth what condition our drain system had and how to help prevent this happening again.

On time Knew problem fixed immediately

Don't know work quality, yet as they did not pull a permit before starting work. I'll know more after the City Inspector comes. Value for the money...I got two estimates for the work I needed done and they were within $200 of each other. However, the verbal estimate was lower than the printed one once I got it (which was after the work had been completed without permits. I'm holding payment until after the permit is signed off and I have a lien release for the work.

Jared arrived promptly. He was very nice sympathetic to my concerns/needs clean and thorough.

Jared was very helpful, respectful, and informative!

Jarred arrived on time and was personable and professional. I had an issue with my sewer line. He identified the problem and took it a step further to find out why I had the problem to begin with. He walked me through the steps and presented maintenance options. I will request Jarred for my future plumbing issues. I highly recommend Jarred and Oak Plumbing.

Very speedy response, I called Oak Plumbing andy they sent a plumber the next morning. He was very professional and friendly and fixed the issue quickly.

My main sewer line was blocked and was backing up into my shower. Andrew arrived on time, was friendly & knowledgeable and was able to snake the main line clearing the block in no time. He was kind to my daughter who was very interested in what he was doing and wanted to watch. I highly recommend him.

I had some minor trouble with my Toilet and It was not working at its best Andrew came up and helped my family out! Great service and quick job!

Andrew is great! He is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. I have had him at my home on several occasions and recommend his work to everyone!

Jared was very professional, he explained what was wrong, he didn't have the part needed in his truck, so he went to home depot to get it. He also advised me about the hard water problem that i have, which I will get done at a later time. The problem is fixed and the toilet is working just fine.

They came and did the job.

The pro was very courteous. He kept me informed of everything he was doing, and offered me options. He also inspected my crawl space and sewer outlets for any issues.

Andrew showed up right on time and could not have been more pleasant. My bathroom sink blockage was very significant but he resolved the problem within 30 to 40 minutes. One week later, the sink is working perfectly and I am very pleased with his work. The communication from Oak plumbing was terrific and Andrew could not have been any better to work with. I m very confident my sink Issue is completely resolved but if I had any other plumbing tasks I would not hesitate at all to contact Oak Plumbing.

This company is my "go-to" for quality work, customer service, and reliability. Matt explained everything to ensure I was involved in any decisions that needed to be made. John ensured that the new toilet was installed correctly and beautifully and went the extra mile to make other small repairs in the bathroom, in addition to pipe expertise. Josh helped with everything and all of them were courteous, helpful and respectful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will always call them.

His arrival was fast. Unfortunately, outcome was not good. Water pressure thruout house was minimal. My son discovered the concrete lid was left off water meter, a forgotten tool left on lawn water pressure was not returned to normal.

Jared from Oak Plumbing was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and returned on another day to repair it, while simultaneously flushing my hot water heater. He was thorough and very understanding about my "booties inside the house" requirement too.

The technician Mike Lambrite was extremely capable and solved my problem in a very short time.
