Gomez Heating and Air were fabulous from start to finish. First Victor (junior) drove over an hour to come to my house and give an estimate. He was thorough in his evaluation and his prices were fair, and he worked with me on several different options to choose from for a specific budget. (I received several estimates from other companies to compare.) There was no pressure and he gave me the time I needed to make an informed decision. Also as it turned out on the day of installation I received an upgrade in the AC unit at no additional cost.
Elias's team of five (Elias was the supervising installation boss) showed up on time and worked hard and fast all day. Their installation workmanship was excellent, as well as they were careful with my belongings in the house, and cleaned up as they went along. They took care of small meaningful details such as placing a light in the attic within easy reach of anyone needing to go up there. They stayed in communication with me when options arose such as the different places I could have the new vents. One worker, Ishmael, even fixed the fan in the bathroom that coincidentally stopped working when they were there working--he didn't have to but I sure appreciated it
Not only did the team have an excellent work ethic and their finished product was terrific; they were professional, courteous, and cheerful and a surprising delight to have around all day.

We've used Gomez Heating and Air Conditioning twice now. He just appeals to be very personable. I just liked everything. He seems to have a good work ethic and I just really appreciated it. I absolutely will use him again.

I had dealt with this company before, so after getting a couple other bids (during the recent heat wave) I called Gomez for the final one... Jeff came out on a Sunday, told me what I already knew (compressor was shot) and as I knew I wanted the heating system replaced as well (both were 35 years old), he gave me a more than fair bid AND had a crew out in 2 hours, ON a Sunday, to do the install.
The work ethic of the crew was above par and they were very neat. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone... As a matter of fact, I did, and they had new A/C and duct work installed in their home 2 days ago.

Victor and an assistant traveled over an hour and a half to get to the house. While we have not entered into either a service agreement on the existing units or elected to purchase anything new (early stages of buying), we were very pleased with the company and WILL use them regardless of home location! They go all over So. Calif.

All 3 installations excellent. Servicing 4 houses - excellent.

I own an apartment building in Hemet with 22 individual older heating and air conditioning units. Since Hemet can be really hot in the summer months, functioning air conditioners are a high priority. Thus far, Gomez heating and air has replaced three units and I will call on them to replace on others when needed. They're wonderful, arrive on time (usually same or next day service), are courteous, clean, neat, knowledgeable, and professional. Once when they failed to put a two and a half ton unit back on a low wooden structure designed to keep it from sitting in rain water. When alerted to the problem, they were back the next day to correct it and it wasn't even the rainy season. In chatting with their personable general manager, I discovered that they not only do heating and a/c repair and replacement, they also handle plumbing and electrical problems as well. Their prices are more than competitive. I will now be using Gomez heating and Air Condition for a wide variety of services. They handle the minor plumbing problem at the same time as the last air conditioner replacement at minimal cost. I'm recommending them without reservation.

We had such a great experience with Gomez Heating and Air when we replaced our system last year, that they were the first people we called when we wanted to have our Hot Water Heater replaced. They gave us a really good deal to remove our old hot water heater, replace with a tankless water heater. In addition, we wanted to replace an old bathtub. Again, they showed up on time, as scheduled. They had the water heater replaced in just a few hours! They removed the old bathtub and prepped the area for the new one. Once we bought the tub, they came back and did the install. Overall, it was a great job at a reasonable price. This is the second time in a year that we have done business with Gomez Heating and Air, and would do so again in the future.

Gomez Heating and Air was a terrific company to work with. We replaced our Heater and A/C and had all of the ducting replaced. From the initial consultation with Jeff to the actual install, it was a tremendous experience. Unlike most contractors, they showed up when they said they would. The workers were friendly and efficient, and any time we have a question, they are quick to respond. After the system was installed, we noticed there was an issue with the airflow to one side of the house. Victor and his team worked with us to figure out what we needed to do and coordinated the effort. We really enjoyed working with them and would do so again in the future. These guys were GREAT!

They are very good and they did a real good job. They were very efficient installing it. They came back twice and fixed it when I had some problem. They were pretty responsive. They workers were very good. I was pretty happy with it. They came when they said they would.
