We called on short notice ( 2 days) and All Service Moving was very responsive. The move went exactly as planned and the price was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. The movers were professional and careful with the furniture and goods.  I have hired a lot of professional movers and would not hesitate to rehire All Service Moving.

They showed up on time and were very careful.  Very pleased with the work they did and when they ran into some unforseen difficulties they were very good at keeping me posted on what was happening and were very conscientious in resolving the situation.

Not that moving could ever be a pleasure, but Casey and Dave from All-Service Moving made it much less stressful than usual. They were on-time, they were quick, and they treated my belongings with much more care than they really needed.   I would recommend them to my friends and I would gladly use them again.

All Service Movers were very clear about costs and services included when I called to make arrangements for the move. We chose their flat price for our move to Bend. They also offer an Angie's list discount. They were helpful in offering tips on packing (we did our own) and where to get the best price on boxes and which boxes worked best for electronics, etc. The day of the move they called to let us know they were running about 15 minutes late due to traffic. Upon arrival they went over the logistics of the day once again. The movers were polite and very careful. One group was responsible for loading the truck in Portland and a different group met us in Bend to do the unloading. Nothing was damaged: everything went exactly as planned. Moving is exhausting but All Service Movers made it as painless as possible.

Our move went extremely well; both workers were polite, careful, and very quick. The pricing was more then fair. I honestly couldn't believe the value. I gave the company two weeks notice and they were able to accomodate both my desired day and time for the move. Great work all!

I was moving my 86 year old mother from foster care to assisted living. She had belongings in 3 locations around Portland. I met the movers at the first location, then the second, then my mom's foster care home. The movers were very respectful of the residents in the foster home, and as quiet as possible to reduce their impact on residents.Once all my mom's belongings were gathered in the truck they delivered them to her new apartment in assisted living. They helped us arrange and re-arrange furniture a couple of times, and were friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. They had our move completed in 3.5 hours, which was amazing to me! I would hire them again in a heart beat.

My husband and I knew that there was no way we could move "the hulk" downstairs by ourselves. We found All Service Moving on Angie's List. When I called, the owner was very pleasant and assured me that it would be a simple job. He also was able to book the service for the next day. On the day of service,Dan and Matt called to see if it would be ok to come ahead of schedule, which worked well for me. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the job was done in less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and professional. We will use their services again, and will recommend them to others.

They were not on time, but they did call in advance to let us know they would be a little bit late. They did show up when they said they would. Plus it gave us some extra time, so it was no problem. We feel they were reasonably priced for the market and they offered a discount as well. They were very polite, nice, and friendly. There were two men which was adequate for the job. One company wanted to provide three and we knew that was not necessary. They were a tiny bit rushed. Something did drop off the tailgate of the truck, fortunately it was not broken, but it did remind them to take it a little bit easier. They completed the move in the time predicted and very little damage, some knicks on the corners. There was no damage of any magnitude to report. The worst thing was they did not come prepared to hook up the washer and dryer. They did go ahead and hook up the washer and it was not done properly, so the first time I turned it on the hose popped off and flooded the home. We were right there so we had it cleaned up with mops and a HVAC. It took a couple hours to clean up. That is really the only thing that was of significant concern.

"Thank you for your report. Let me address your concerns. Matt and Nick were happy to be there. They left our warehouse 45 minutes early to be at your home on time, but bad-traffic can always be a factor. Our goal is always to earn all "A's" :) If any damage had happened (furniture corners) please let the crew know immediate. We do everything in our power to avoid damage, such as padding, banding and wrapping delicate furniture before it even leaves the house. I apologize that you had to clean up any water. It's noted in our work order that you had the wrong dryer plug (we can not change electrical circuits, you need an electrician) and that your hose treading required new Teflon which we do not carry, so the crew left the hoses disconnected. When we do connect washer hoses, we always turn it on to check for leaks immediately. The crew did alert your husband of the washer and dryer connections. We truly appreciate this feedback! We can't solve a problem unless we know it's a problem. I'll talk to the crew about working on communication and I'd be more than happy to speak with you about any problems you may have had. I hope you enjoy your new home and have a great rest of the year!"

It was absolutely fabulous. They came on time. Their were four of them. Enough to pick up heavy furniture.They were helpful getting other items out. They were very nice to my partner and myself. They were very economical. They made something that was very worrisome to me end up being very simple. Nothing was damaged.

These movers were excellent. They showed up early (with a phone call first), and quickly began getting pieces ready for the move. Alex and Nick were fast but careful. I was very impressed when they had to move a large upright freezer from the basement. Bannisters and doors had to be removed and the freezer was still a difficult move. They kept a positve attitude the whole time. The move took around 4 hours including moving some furniture to a secondary location. Great experience overall.

The owner of the company was really great and professional. He actually did the move and he was a great worker. I called a couple of days before I needed the move. His assistant was not the fastest mover, I wasn't as impressed with him. The owner was fantastic and I would recommend him if he's involved with the move. He also put together my kids bunk beds and did it so perfectly that they were put together better than they were before, that really stood out to me and I really appreciated it.

They were wonderful! They arrived a few minutes early and were very professional. They got right to work. They were careful and thorough but FAST! They loaded the truck in a smart way to maximize the space. They wrapped and padded furniture and the doorway (so nothing got damaged). When unloading they moved everything to the correct rooms (according to labels) and set up the beds etc. They worked quickly (even running down the truck ramp!) and didn't take any breaks or waste anytime which is impressive since they were getting paid by the hour. I would recommend them to everyone and use them again!

They came on time at 10am. We filled out the paperwork. They got started right away padding and shrink wrapping our furniture. We had a 26 foot uhaul that they loaded in about 3.5 hours. We were on the third floor so it was very difficult, but they were very chipper and made the move look easy. Even the piano. When we got to the unload, they were done inless than 2 hours. I was very impressed. Just to note: these movers were very professional and did a really good job! I've used other movers that had good feedback and were good, but never this good. I got there number from a friend. I looked them up online. Called them and booked the move. The only thing that I thought was kind of expensive was the hour drive time they charged. Although I did save a lot of money when I rented the truck instead of them providing. They asked me to leave feedback on here and they would pay the cost of joining. What a deal.

Very well. It did take longer than estimated because of the elevator and stair situation. Given the hard nature of the stairs, in particular, things were done carefully, well and in good humor. The stair situation was the reason the cost was higher than originally estimated. In my situation, I did not have time to show them the move ahead of time, so I completely understood we were making a best guess based on no prior in person review of time and cost. This was my problem, not the movers. I had time constraints and they were very fair and flexible. They contacted me when the move was completed and they were flexible with payment options.

They moved a huge cast iron stove without hesitation. They did a great job and were very fast. Excellent customer service, and a great report with their customer. They seemed less expensive than any other company.

The service was the most exceptional Ive ever used. When I first found them on craigslist, I asked for references, and they had great feedback! They asked me to rate them on here because they didn't have any on here, and so I am. They are well worth the call!
