Do not recommend!
Description of Work: My husband and I ended up having a pretty negative experience with this company. We read the reviews for Alliance on Angie's List. We called for a quote and Laura came to do the measurements for the quote. She was very nice. She told us that we would have a quote in about a day. One week later I emailed her to find out what our quote was since we never heard back. She wrote, "Our email has been up and down all week." This sounds pretty peculiar for any company if you ask me. Regardless though, it was a competitive quote and compared with the others I had received. I wrote her to get some references of past jobs similar to ours, but never received a response. I tried calling and left a message, but still it was never returned. Finally, giving the company the benefit of doubt, I called and the receptionist offered to page her. My call was never returned. To this day I haven't been called or emailed back and have no idea what happened. I would recommend using a more reliable company. We wasted a lot of valuable time waiting for a response.

THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GOOD. THE INITIAL QUOTE TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BUT CAME WITH AN APOLOGY. THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AND HELPFUL AND SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
