Carpet Installation
It would have been much smoother if the installation company had been willing to provide the service that I paid for!

I have been very pleased with them so far. Their in-store staffing is frequently very poor especially in the hardware tool section.

Carpet Installation
They did good. The price was very competitive. They were supposed to be here within a month. After we followed up after two weeks, they said it was coming. After a month or so they said it was over in Santa Ana and it should be here in our place about then. It ended up at our place about a week or ten days later. Punctuality was part of the problem. It was supposed to be in here within 30 days but it took about 5½ weeks. I would use Home Depo in the future, but they contract out their work.
