Once the job finally started, the workers were efficient and seemed to do high quality work.   We really haven't had  a major downpour yet to test the downspouts, but it appears that they were applied properly with precision. They match the color

of the house, but not the design.  We would have liked oblong downspouts to match the gutters and style of the house, but these were not available. However the round ones are ok, not bad at all really.

There were no problems encountered.

I had just replaced my roof and painted the exterior of my 1,800 sq ft. house and needed new rain gutters.  They came to my house to see what I needed done and to measure for new gutters and gutter guards to keep leaves out of the troughs.  I liked that their gutters were seamless and fabricated to specfically fit my house.  On the install date I went to work and came home to beautiful gutters that were the finishing touch on my updated exterior.   My old gutters were gone and my yard was clean.  I was very happy with the product and the installation.

I had obtained one other estimate before I called them.  The first estimate was sent to me via mail about a week after they came to the house.  Five Star came and gave me the estimate right away.  They were about half of what the other estimate was.  They installed the gutters in a few hours and were fast and efficient and very professional.  I would recommend them to anyone.

It went well. They were a little lax about follow up but I was pleased.

The work was performed within a week of getting the written estimate.  I was afraid of the gutters taking away from the overall look and clean lines of my house but they look great.  They blend in and are not very noticeable.  They have many colors to choose from and the white gutters and gray downspouts match the color of my house well, helping them to blend in.  Overall I am very satisified

They did an excellent job. This was the 2nd time we used Five Star Rain Gutters. In March 2010 we had them install rain gutters on several sections of our roof. In October 2011 we had them add some additional rain gutters in an area we had not done the first time. In both cases they were very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with Five Star and would not hesitate to recommend them.

It went very well and I liked everything. It was fine and I was very happy with them. It was very professional and they were very punctual. I don't know the price for gutters. So, I don't know whether they were higher or lower in terms of their pricing. The quality was excellent. There was one minor thing as they were supposed to leave something for me and they did not. It took them a little bit of time to get that to me if I remember correctly.

They showed up a day early when we weren't home. The gutters were installed slanted away from the down spouts. Stiffeners were left out so the gutter didn't hold water just pour over the side. While the gutters were blue they installed white end caps. When they said they would redo the job the only installed additional down spout to accomodate the improper installation, spray painted the end caps a installed the hardware they left out. The section on the garage is still wrong and leaks. Oh yes, and one of the downspouts leaked where it had been pierced with a metal tapping screw.

They came once to estimate. Returned with the replacement facia board which I painted. Returned when that was ready with two workers and all the supplies, and did the repair in a few hours. It looks good.

Our patio is improperly graded and needs to be redone since there is no way short of digging a french drain to change the position of the downspout that causes water to pool at the wall of the house. While Dave agreed that ultimately the patio itself would have to be fixed, he came up with an acceptible and affordable temporary solution that no one else thought of--a temporary extention that releases the water into a safe area. It can easily be inserted into the existing system when it rains and then just as easily be removed and stored when it isn't needed. This great temporary solution will keep our home safe from standing water until we can afford to fix the patio. Dave kept me informed as we waited for parts, was entirely professional in both demeanor and installation, and the cost was as estimated
