I went to shower before work (5am) and bathtub drain was completely clogged. I have been fighting this drain for a little over a year using Draino type products. Nothing was working today. Looking at Angie's List I contacted Western Rooter and within 1 hour a technician (Jess) arrived. He did a great job and he cleaned the area up. With no pressure we discussed a Main Line snake out and the cost I felt was reasonable and worth doing for preventative maintenance. Mike arrived to assist Jess, they were great. Mike recommended that Jess snake the kitchen drain while on-site, I agreed. Other than the clogged drain everything else was preventative maintenance which is important to me to have done. Mike gave me some great advice on not to use Lye type products and provided a better solution. Also Mike and I discussed a couple future projects (hot water heater replacement and water softener) to see if they were able to install these items. Both Jess and Mike were top notch. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

These guys are great, they come right out when you call, get the job done, holidays weekends, whatever. We have to have this done every six months or so, and it always seems to be just before, or when we have company, so the quick response is great.

Our sink drain clogged on a Saturday. I thought I had fixed it myself, but it clogged again on Sunday. I called our regular plumber around 8:45 am on the Monday. They referred me to Western Supreme Rooter, who set up a window from 9:30 to 11 am. In fact Rene arrived 15 minutes early and went to right to work. He used his small machine for quite some time, but after getting it to go around two sharp bends that were all the way across the house, it ran out of length without clearing the clog. He then brought in his big machine, and the problem was fixed about 15 minutes later. The whole job took more than one hour. It did help that we have an outside clean-out below the kitchen S-bend, so there was no need to go inside. The drain has been working fine for the last 36 hours. Rene was very patient, professional, and friendly. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

The two guys that came were terrific. The last time they came was on Christmas day! It was dark out but they came and did their job. It turned out that the entire drainage system needed to be replaced. I had a lot of concerns but they worked with me. They worked for five days straight doing nothing but work. They were just wonderful. I would recommend them and use them again. I can't say enough about them. Jess and Renee came out and they were wonderful.
