I'm shocked that this terrible company has such a high rating. I don't normally write bad reviews but I had to write one for this company. The salesperson promised everything under the sign for us to agree to sign a contract for a shower remodel and after that everything went downhill. I have never dealt with such an incompetent contracting company. My project manager, Adam, was impossible to reach and would not respond to emails or calls for weeks at a time. The only time I ever heard from anyone was when a payment was due for installation that was delayed more than 2 months. Their excuse for the delay was permitting and HOA approval requirements, requirements which clearly frustrated our project manager Adam. The excuse was a lie as they had not even attempted to initiate the HOA approval process as I had been promised they would during our sales consult. It was an uphill battle to even get an installation done and thats when it got even worse. When our new shower was finally installed the shower panels were defective and have since been gassing off a very intense chemical smell, one that we were later told is the same smell as "when the panels are cut during production." We thought it would go away after a few days so we tried to deal with it. However, its been 2 months since installation and we have not been able to sleep in our own bedroom, we must keep the bathroom door constantly closed with air purifiers and fans because the toxic smell is so strong and we fear for our safety and the safety of our pets. Aloft finally sent Tony to come to inspect the shower last week and Tony was very helpful in communicating to his manager Kevin the severity of our concerns and accepted that the shower needed to be fully replaced because of defective panels. Kevin was attempting to blame us, and our condo, for the smell. Tony has been one of only 2 people that have even apologized or been helpful in our whole experience with Aloft. Since then I have called Kevin and Aloft 3 times and have not received a call back - every time I call "they are in a meeting." I finally got a call back more than two weeks later from our project manager offering instructions from the manufacturer to get rid of the smell. It's been weeks that I've been demanding to speak to a manager and have yet to even receive a call back from Kevin Dunlap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! I regret ever working with this company. We have had a lot of experience with contractors and remodeling companies and except for the call center answering the calls, the actual installers, and Tony, the company has been absolutely miserable to work with and by far the WORST experience I've ever had with any contractors or service in general, let alone a major project that cost us a significant amount of money.

When I was ready for a new shower I selected several companies. I got bids from all of the companies, and Aloft was my choice. I reached out to my Rep Jose Hernandez at Aloft and told him I was ready to go and we met again, went over the entire estimate again and I signed the paperwork. Adam from the office contacted me to review everything. There was a wait for materials and we had the holidays. We set the appointment and Alan was my installer. He arrived on time, set up the project beautifully and completed the job in a day and one half. Alan was detailed, cleaned as he went and completed the beautiful shower. I was so impressed with both Jose and Alan. Get your estimate first from Aloft then go from there. Thank you Aloft, Jose, Adam, and Alan for a job well done.

The craftsman, Josiah R and Brett L were excellent. They worked very hard to get everything done in a timely manner, and everything was done in a very professional manner. They were well organized and cleaned up after themselves in an amazing way. Marla G was wonderful as well. She helped me make a lovely design and went out of her way to help me collect the materials necessary to execute that design. I would certainly call a loft again if I ever wanted to remodel in my home. I think everyone connected with my bathroom remodel Was excellent. It was a pleasure meeting everyone connected with Aloft and having the craftsman in my home.

We had a great experience with Aloft. We remodeled our master bathroom. Lorne S spent a lot of time in the design stage making sure that the end product was exactly what we wanted. The office called to confirm everything and then placed an order. When everything came in, they called again to schedule the install which they said would take about 3 days. We were extremely lucky and got what I would say was the "A team" for the installation. Brett L and Josiah R were seasoned professionals and it really showed. They were extremely pleasant to work with throughout the process. From the demolition on day one to the finished product at 6:30 PM on day 3, everything went without a hitch. They took extreme pride in their work and the end product was beyond our expectations. We have worked with contractors over the years on different projects but working with Brett and Josiah was absolutely stress-free and at a higher level. We wanted a premium product and we certainly got one. I would recommend Aloft and particularly Brett and Josiah to anyone looking for a job done right the 1st time.

Jared W and Davonne F were professional, on time, courteous during the work. All materials are quality and special care was taken to keep the mess to a minimum including protecting the floors.

Jared W & Devonne F did a phenomenal remodel on our bathroom! There workmanship and dedication are at a high level. Very personable and professional everyday. Another impressive trait - each day they left the worksite clean. When they were finished they left the bathroom and outside worksite clean. I did not have to pick up any trash or trimmings!!! Had my kitchen done by aloft and i can’t stop showing off my kitchen. From Anthony starting it all and then Adam doing a walk through and making it all happen. The crew was amazing and always there to help. Even when we ask to change mid project Adam and aloft made it happen. Changing the floor and handles. Anthony and his guys came and finished it off. From start to finish they treat our family like their own.

Had my bathroom done and I'm amazed on the time it took. From start to finish weeks and install was 2 days. Crew was amazing and a joy to have in my home. They treated my home and family as their own. Can't stop bragging. Thank you aloft and your team

We were planning a remodel for our bathroom. We met with Brandon Rennick the local rep for Aloft Remodeling. The meeting was expected to run an hour or two. It went for and was great. Great guy who answered all our questions and easily accommodated our plan changes. Along with Brandon he also got on the phone with other Aloft design people (Angela) who were very helpful, and we ended with a truely luxury bathroom. He was great and we'll surely call him back with next remodel.

We found Aloft by chance on Facebook. Aloft was a fantastic choice. Josiah Reeves and Brett Lusk went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to installing our bathroom. They were courteous to our work schedules. They took their time to do the job correctly with attention to detail. If we have another remodel we will try to get them again. Thanks guys

The job was completed to my satisfaction but took much too much time because of faulty measurements. It's a good company but we had a few missteps that took a while to complete.

The result was good. It took a while to finish but the guys did a great jobn in the end both Gabriel and William. Overall, finally satisfied with the outcome. The guys gid a great job in cleaning up and was able to fix the final problem.

Tyler and Rob did a great job , everything we have wanted was achieved and was professionally done , will use them again for our future renovations.

I have had my new shower from Aloft for about three weeks and I absolutely love it! The demolition and install by Gabriel and Robert was a really convenient 2-day process where I was able to let them in and have them complete the job while I was at work. They were very clean and professional. The glasswork by Elite Shower Doors is beautiful. Many thanks to David Shorey for setting up the sale and install. The project was scheduled for six weeks out but actually happened after three weeks, so that was a bonus. My lovely new shower makes me want to remodel the rest of my home ?

Everything went better than expected. My PM Adam was a great help with everything. Aaron and Anthony did a great job with their work in our restroom. Highly recommending them to friends and family.

Aloft remodeling did a beautiful job from the designer to the installation. The 2 installers were Awesome they were very professional, friendly and meticulous with everything they did including cleaning up. They walked me through the process and asked questions along the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was a big project. They completed the Demo and installation in three days. I am so happy with my new walk-in shower. I definitely recommend this company to everyone

Excellent salesperson Jennifer, incredible installers Gabriel and William. Easy to work with, any small issue was taken care of right away. High quality installation and nice guys too. We love our new bathroom. Can't wait to install our new mirrors and paint after all the sealing is completely dry.
