Pete provided the most comprehensive approach to the project. He was more that 25% less expensive than Green contractors we reviewed out of San Francisco to perform the same energy efficient HVAC upgrade. His work is extremely neat and well laid out. What we liked most about Pete and his team is how well they work together and that the installers where not afraid to delay the planned work during a day to get Pete on-site to review complication and discuss the best approach to resolving it. On top of having a very competitive price and does not take advantage of the client once he is on site for change orders.

Pete was promt, explained all of our options well, and installed the units as described. The work crew he employs was conscientious and careful in our home and cleaned up all evidence of their work each day. Pete followed up with us several times, and came out twice to ensure the unit was functioning properly and make adjustments. Great guy and really great crew.

Thank you Pete! You were very dependable, helpful and knowledgeable in your craft. Pete came on a Saturday with short notice. He had my air conditioner working within 30 minutes. It is working great on this 96 degree day.

Peter and his crew did a good job at our house. They sealed our very leaky ducts and installed a zone system so we can control the temperature upstairs and downstairs separately. We'll probably have to replace our old air conditioner soon and we'll hire Tyndall HVAC for that job based on our recent experience with them.

They were great! Did a great job and the air conditioner works better than before. One thing I want you to know about this repair. It was caused by one of your contractors that you reccommended for another project, Gary Wilson of All Pro Maintenance. He had done a small project a month or two ago that involved the air conditioning lines. He "thought" it would be no problem. He made a serious mistake and caused the need for this repair. I had 2 contractos come out and give the same estimate. The repair was caused by APM's mistake. I consulted with Gary and asked to resolve this issue fairly. He refused and stated take me to court. Please help!
