Tom's did a great job. Came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and installed the gate a couple of weeks later. The gate was cast iron and exactly what I wanted. The new gate cost $580.

We were very impressed with the promptness and courtesy of the representative from Tom's Iron Works. He carefully did the necessary measurements and involved us in all the decisions. About two weeks later, the new railing was carefully installed with necessary adjustments being made by the installer. We were very pleased with the process and the end results. Neighbors have complimented the new railing.

Tom was so informative and was so efficient and prompt ; he did the best work and in a timely manner ; I am delighted with his service and am ready to call him again should I need work done that he specializes in. And I would recommend him to all my friends

They came out on time. Sanded and primed fence one day. Came out second day and painted. Fence looked just like new again.

Tom gave me a very reasonable price and completed the job in the time he said he would. He made effort to make sure the new fencing matched the color of the existing fencing. He removed all the old fencing and cleaned up after he was done.

Tom was punctual and gave us a reasonable bid. We decided to hold off on completing the job but appreciated his professionalism.

The estimator showed up when he said he would. He made a detailed field sketch and wrote down the scope of work which included removing the existing sections of fencing, replacing and installing a gate. The price was so reasonable that I decided not to use the 5% off coupon! I gave a deposit and told Sam to go ahead with the job. I had some flexibility on having the work completed but called about 2 weeks later to find out when the work would be done. The work was started and completed in a very professional and satisfactory manner. They also cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all! I can easily recommend them based on my experience.

One of Tom's co-owners came out and cut out the rusted parts, re-welded those sections back in, replaced the gate closures, repainted both gates so that they look new. They were on time, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I am very happy with their service.

Sam Lee came and gave a fair estimate. He gave a fair estimate to raise the gate and rehinge it. He also provided a solution for the door latch which was no longer catching. Late the the door latch stopped working and sam came again to provide another solution which is currently working. If I have any further iron works needs, I would not hesitate to hire again.

The job went great.  Like all home improvements, some modifications had to be made on site.  Tom and Jose did make several minor adjustments to the bars on site.  They finished and cleaned up any debris from the job.  They worked steadily the entire time.  

I emailed the company and very quickly got a call from Sam Lee. We scheduled an appointment, Sam arrived on time,we reviewed gate designs from photos, agreed on a price and a gate installation date. The turn around time was two weeks, although Sam said it might be a couple of days longer. Turned out to be four days longer, but that wasn't a problem. Sam and his helper Orlando arrived at the designated date and time. They were very meticulous in their measurement, sanding, installation and their overall work. The gate is beautiful and we are very pleased.

Sam came out promptly for the initial estimate, but we had some communication problems getting the gate finally installed. 
When we finally got in touch with each other, the gate was quickly installed and looked good and secure.

After about 6 months, some rust stain lines started to come out of different points in the gate.  I'm not sure how common that is, but I expected it to take a little longer to show signs of wear.  

He was very dependable. Reasonable cost. They were very fast and professional.

The whole process from the beginning went very well. I began my interaction with the company on email asking a few questions. They responded timely and we arranged a meeting day and time for someone to come by and assess the job (2/23/16). Sam showed up as scheduled very pleasant and easy to communicate with. He assessed and measured the area and once completed we discussed the installation and the purpose of it. We reviewed some pictures and settled on a general design. Afterwards we selected a date and time for the installation. He asked and I provided a $100.00 down payment and he returned as promised on 3/2/16 (a little late) and installed the handrails as agreed upon. Let me say, that the design of the handrails he installed exceeded my expectations. I selected a basic, simple design, but what I received was simple, but classy. The new handrails have added a quality look to the installation area. The handrails look as if they were designed with my house in mind and not just the area of installation. The handrails are well made with top quality craftsmanship. Thanks Sam and team I appreciate your hard work and eye for detail.

We needed to replace the wooden gate leading to the backyard with a wrought iron gate. We wanted it to be secure and private. Not only did the gate provide ample security but it looks beautiful. We didn't want a lot of embellishment but did want it to be pretty. Tom's Iron Works provided a gorgeous design just above the gate, which gave it character and more of a decorative feel.
We also had a fence and gate put up at the front of the house leading to the courtyard. Once again we wanted it to be secure (for children and pets) but also inviting. I cannot describe how beautiful it all came together. It was 5 and half feet with the matching design as the back yard fence. It not only looks beautiful but feels inviting. I couldn't be happier!
I would recommend Tom's Iron Works to everyone I know. They do beautiful work and are hard working.
