When I called, the service lady was interested in the insurance claim, such how much it paid, if I had received the payment, etc. After got all the background, she stared to show the interest of the job, and said will have a designer to call me for details. However, no one called. I called back to ask, and request a follow-up. A lady "designer" returned the call. In the mean time, I checked the Angies List and found their rating was not impressive. I told the designer that I was changing my mind, due to the poor rating, she rudely hung up the phone immediately.

I am delighted with both the wood-veneer cabinets in the kitchen and the white Thermofoil Shaker-style cabinets in the family room. The wood finish and color suggested by the designer for the kitchen is beautiful and works well with the existing paneling and pantry doors. The work done by the installers was professional and precise; it is a pleasure now to use the cabinet doors and drawers. Â
The glass doors for the white Shaker ("Dover") cabinets presented a bit of a problem because I didn't realize at contract-signing that the inner corners of the glass framework were rounded (picture attached). Â This is not noticeable from a distance, but it is not what I thought I was ordering. Â The project manager came up with a solution: Â he had another set of doors specially made with squared inner corners, satisfying even this Shaker purist! Â Now the white Shaker unit looks sharp and, like the kitchen cabinets, it has flawless fit & finish.
I would definitely use this company again.

It completely sucked. Initially, I spoke with a friendly lady who scheduled an appt and informed me of how the refacing process worked. My second call was to confirm the appt (at their request) and Brandon asked me questions I already went over during the first call as though they didn't know why they were coming out to my home and he also informed me they would not come out unless my husband at the appt with me... Which is completely ridiculous! A) I know more about remodeling and doing most of the work myself than my husband ever will. What I lack now is the time to do it myself. B) I make most of the decisions how/when/why to do the home repairs anyway as my husband trusts me and knows I will scrutinize before making a decision and lastly C) I hate the assumption that as a woman I am not capable of understanding what is involved in a remodel/refresh and can't add 1+1 without my husband explaining it to me. Their "knowledgable" customer policy sucks...

I would like to add- after I wrote this review I was contacted by a representative from Reborn Cabinets. The initial contact was in writing and they asked if I would be willing to discuss over the phone. They were very professional and apoligized for what happened. No excuses were made in an attempt to justify it (which is a positive), they stated this is not acceptable to them and they sincerely thanked me for sharing my experience. I haven't been back and went with another company, but hopefully this type of behavior is no longer a problem for them. I do feel like they were concerned about my experience, and not just because of the review, but so they could improve.

Initially I was impressed, whoever showed up was polite, they laid down the tarp and would begin their work. Once the work required more time than was scheduled everything went wrong. Team leader was not on top of this project...no communication ..scheduling was then not consistent and the project went from 4 weeks to 10. This made the whole process awful. They don't really care to please the customer once things go wrong..they defend there poor process of communication. The plumber and tile installer are professional ,all subcontractors, the cabinets guys from Reborn made errors which the tile guy had to correct!! Quality of products are good but cannot recommend them. Turned out to be an awful experience.

They ended up doing a very good job. Had some problems with the workers correcting a few mistakes that they made. They followed through once I pointed things out to them and they took care of it. I would recommend them as long as you keep an eye on them.
