Rainbow took care of my terrible mold problem and were generous to me since they could see I needed help. The crew was wonderful and it was an A+ job all the way around.
I couldn't find any to put in the cabinets, sink, etc. since my job was small and I had to go inexpensive. I called Rob for a referral and he said he'd do it for cost. Generous again.
The problems stem from Dave, the sub-contractor. He caused problems for me and Rob, which neither of us knew about. In the end, these are the things that went wrong with Dave's work: sink still leaked, didn't clean up after himself, left wood pieces out with nails sticking out around the yard (I have 6 kids and this is NOT safe) cut opening for sink a bit to large and water dripped through, faucet handle came off in my hand, didn't tighten a few items, so they leaked, a part was missing,and the pipes under the sink came off in my hands. I called Dave twice and left messages, calls which he never returned. I was informed that due to this job that Dave no longer works for Rainbow.
I first called Rob at Rainbow about the sink still leaking. All other issues happened little by little over 6 weeks. This first call with Rob did not go well. At that time neither of us new the problems Dave had caused the other. After the pipes fell apart I called again and spoke to Carmen. Carmen was able to give me missing information from their side and I gave her mind. With this full information (which included her giving compliments to her boss and business in a very genuine way. No employee would say what she did unless it was true.) I could see that Dave was the issue. When I spoke to Rob a short time later we cleared the air and it was quite clear to both of us that Dave had caused our problems with each other. The conversation went very well and changed everything.
As of now, all is fixed and paid for.
I have changed my review quite a bit to reflect the new information and have gone back to my original opinion Rainbow is a fine company to do business with. The reason I didn't give an A is because it took so long to clear things up, but if Dave had not been involved, it would have been and A from the beginning to end.
