Rainbow did a great job for us.  They came out right away, and took care of the problem.  They were very professional and there work was excellent.  The bathroom was dried out, the repair fixed, and it was put back together very quickly and I have no complaints!  I would highly recommend them.

Rainbow took care of my terrible mold problem and were generous to me since they could see I needed help. The crew was wonderful and it was an A+ job all the way around.

I couldn't find any to put in the cabinets, sink, etc. since my job was small and I had to go inexpensive. I called Rob for a referral and he said he'd do it for cost. Generous again. 

The problems stem from Dave, the sub-contractor. He caused problems for me and Rob, which neither of us knew about. In the end, these are the things that went wrong with Dave's work: sink still leaked, didn't clean up after himself, left wood pieces out with nails sticking out around the yard (I have 6 kids and this is NOT safe) cut opening for sink a bit to large and water dripped through, faucet handle came off in my hand, didn't tighten a few items, so they leaked, a part was missing,and the pipes under the sink came off in my hands. I called Dave twice and left messages, calls which he never returned. I was informed that due to this job that Dave no longer works for Rainbow.

I first called Rob at Rainbow about the sink still leaking. All other issues happened little by little over 6 weeks. This first call with Rob did not go well. At that time neither of us new the problems Dave had caused the other. After the pipes fell apart I called again and spoke to Carmen. Carmen was able to give me missing information from their side and I gave her mind. With this full information (which included her giving compliments to her boss and business in a very genuine way. No employee would say what she did unless it was true.) I could see that Dave was the issue. When I spoke to Rob a short time later we cleared the air and it was quite clear to both of us that Dave had caused our problems with each other. The conversation went very well and changed everything.

As of now, all is fixed and paid for.

 I have changed my review quite a bit to reflect the new information and have gone back to my original opinion Rainbow is a fine company to do business with. The reason I didn't give an A is because it took so long to clear things up, but if Dave had not been involved, it would have been and A from the beginning to end.

The Rainbow technicians arrived on time and immediately checked out the fans.  They found no mold and explained that it was only lint and dust that I was seeing.  There was no charge for their service.  Cesar (one of the technicians) was very professional, explained everything to me, gave me some good advice about bathroom fans & left brochure information I could refer to in the future.  I was very pleased!!!

They were fine. They did quote me the price and when they came out here they made me pay a little more so I wasn't happy about that. The guy had good customer service, he was fine and professional.

Overall it was good.  I booked the job with them because they seemed pretty professional with their equipment, I was confident they would be able to locate the areas that were wet.  I had a tight budget, and they were willing to match a competitor's price and pay the bill over a few months.  I got a call back after the work was done saying they couldn't honor the payment plan and would have to pay them back in full, and that they had made a mistake.

They did an excellent job. They came out the day before Thanksgiving and they were absolutely fantastic. We absolutely loved them. Every part of the service was great. They are waiting for the insurance to get paid and they are not bugging us or anything.

Rob came out to give us an estimate, and then Reese performed the work. Both were professional, on time, polite and kind, and did a fantastic job. The work came out to be less than the estimate, and Rob adjusted it accordingly. I was very pleased with the work and the company's responsiveness. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Rainbow International were contracted through my insurance company when i had water damage in my house.  They did a great job, there technicians were very professional, had id badges and went to great lengths to protect my wood floors while they were fixing the damage. They had the area dried out and put back together again very quickly.   They were very reassuring and kept in constant contact with us throughout the process.  I would not hesitate in recommending then and would use them again.

On the scheduled day, technician Reese called to let me know that he was on his way, and then arrived at the appointed time without problem.  He introduced himself and explained what the job would entail and how long it would take, assuring me that he would do any furniture movement, vent cover removal, etc., that would be necessary.  No problem in honoring the Groupon deal, and did not try to talk me into additional services for more money.  He immediately started in on the job and worked efficiently on his own, even getting the giant vacuum cleaner up and down the stairs without help. Reese replaced all of the vent covers, and then vacuumed the floor areas under the vents to ensure that any dislodged debris was cleaned up.  I felt that the job was done correctly and that Reese was an excellent representative of the company.  He was polite and personable but also seemed to WANT to do the best job possible, a trait that I don't often see in today's younger workers.  If I needed any future work done by this company, I would definitely request Reese as the person to do the job.

They did a good job, and I would use them again in the future.

The technicians wore booties and very professional.  The cleaning went fast and came out really good and will recommend family and neighbor.
