Description of Work: Although I did not use this provider, they were very knowledgeable, professional and provided their estimate very quickly.

Description of Work: They repiped the entire house, bypassing the leaking copper and installing PEX. Now I have better water flow and almost instantaneous hot water.

Description of Work: They did a complete copper repipe of my house, plus new shower fixtures and a new water heater. (Those aren't included in the above cost.) The repiping took one day and then another day was for fixing the walls inside and outside. They did a very good job with everything, including clean-up. When the inevitable small issues arose, the office and owner were very responsive and fixed things immediately. They worked very hard to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. I was pleased with both the actual work and the professionalism of everyone involved. I really felt that the owner, Douglas Adair, cared about both the work, his crew, and his customers. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Pacific Coast Copper Repipe Inc repiped my entire house with copper pipe, and installed shower and tub valves/faucets and 5 toilets. I supplied the toilets and shower and tub hardware. They also patched all interior and exterior holes created during the repiping process.

Description of Work: They repiped my home in mid August. Part of the job was to move the water heater outside and put it in metal shed. When the shed was installed the door would fall off. The installer wanted me to call and complain to the shed manufacturer. BS, I didn't buy the shed and install it. After at least 3 weeks they finally fixed the shed so I could get my final city inspection.
