The preparation was well planned and executed. All work was done within one day - with a slight adjustment the following day - and has been terrific since. I'm looking forward to keeping it running for a long time! Crew was outstanding - and supervisor was also terrific.

They do come back to try to fix things that went wrong, so that's very good. However, a handful of things went wrong and were not properly addressed and we still have issues with our HVAC system and what's coming out of that was not coming out of it before the ducts were replaced; and now when the unit turns on in the attic it sound like there's a helicopter above our house. When they put in the intake vent, replaced the old one, the screws they used were too long and I was not able to get a filter in - the one they put in was smashed on the sides to make it fit. I didn't realize this until I changed the filter - then I had to replace some of the screws to make sure the filter could fit. Our front door was hit and chipped by the original workers that came in - they have offered to pay to repaint it, but the door has the paint applied to it in a way where you don't see brush strokes, so we don't know where to get it repainted because it cannot just be painted with a brush while still on the hinges - it has to be sent somewhere and we need something to act as a front door while it's gone.

Extremely great work! Reasonably priced. The work was amazingly professional, clean, on-time, friendly, straightforward (no surprises) and truthful. We had air conditioning and heating installed in the attic. We are a single floor home, 1375 sq feet. This was a few years ago and is still working well. Since then, we had a standard maintenance along with a recommendation of a higher HEPA filter which we had installed (makes a big difference). I would highly recommend NexGen. Quality work and all that you would expect in a great company.

Hands down one of the best experience. Ruben, was so patient and explained everything about my heater being broke. Gave me options. I never felt like he tried to over sale me. It was a great experience and I'd use them again...and I'd asked for Ruben!

ok but they had to come out again to take care of something that was happening that hadn't been before I called the first time. But they were very prompt and took care of it.

3 weeks to complete everything 3 techs at home couldn't figure out how to do job. Total $300 more than quote. Forgot possible demo to get to control tacked extra $800 for repair.

Nexgen was unbelievably fast. The crew was on site and done with installation the very next day after I placed the order. They were courteous, professional, safe and cleaned up after the work. There were no issues passing inspection! Great job!

Their representative was knowledgeable about the AC system. Their pricing is reasonable.

The small machine was unable to clear the roots from sewer drain. They offered the water jetting at 1300.00. I had another co. Do the same snaking w/larger machine and cleared the drain. Cost 420.00

The service was fantastic. They were incredible. They were here accurately, and they did exactly what they said they would do. They clean up after the job was done and themselves. They did a good job. I was really pleased with the service didn't have that kind of service before. Would hire them again to do the maintenance.

It's excellent. They're very responsive, good products, good installation, and if there's any hiccups they address it promptly.

It went well and quick. There was some minor damage and they documented and repaired that damage the following week. They even removed the old roof unit and hired a sub to patch the roof.

I was very pleased with this company. Their staff was very professional. From the tech they sent to look over the problem. To the person who helped with the financial part. To those on their teams who came and replaced the whole unit. Everything was done in one day. Everything was cleaned up and they even told me about things that were damaged and if I wanted to fix those problems. Very Very helpful. I asked for an English speaking team and that is what I got. I real am happy and recommend them and their company.
