The salesperson arrived on time at our first meeting. From there however the company was slow in returning calls and scheduling work. When the workmen arrived to do the work they were confused as to what they were supposed to do and the way the work order was written. Although they cleared up their equipment neatly each evening the overall job wasn't very clean. They used aerosol sprays in some areas and there was a lot of overspray. The finished product was in most areas OK.

I MEAN THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS GOOD AND IT WAS JUST GETTING THERE. I AM AN INTELLIGENT, EDUCATED PERSON. IF YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO SHOW UP FRIDAY AT 10:00, THEN SHOW UP. DONT SHOW UP A WEEK LATER. THEY PUT ME OFF WITHOUT TELLING ME. I WAS PUT OUT AND I DONT LIKE TO BE PUT OUT. NOT KEEPING ME INFORMED ALL THE WAY, THEY PUT ME OFF AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY CALLED ME AT THE LAST MINUTE AND SAID THEY HAVE SOMETHING ELSE TO DO.
