I’d like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude concerning your recent service.
Our garage door was working well during the morning but when I came home that afternoon, I discovered that I can no longer open it. So the next day, I called Mesa and they came right away and it was soon discovered that the spring snapped after I closed down the door. Right then and there, they replaced the broken spring with a new one and the door was working again. I am unable to think of any single disadvantage in hiring Mesa. In fact, the quick and decisive response, quality service and fair price are the reasons why I would recommend them.

With all the bad things you hear about garage door companies, we were very much surprised and pleased that their service was completed professionally, on time and on budget. We were also impressed with their skills, knowledge as well as the quality of materials they used in building our garage door. Mesa Garage Doors office and dispatching team did an exceptional job in overcoming their scheduling challenges. You see, the dispatched technicians had their hands full when I called them but fortunately, they office was able to sneak one for me. I attribute this to their ability to efficiently manage and coordinate their technicians and communicate effectively to avoid disappointing their customers. As for my garage door, it was given a thorough fix.

We used Mesa Garage Doors as our primary garage door repair guys. This is because their approach as well as the quality of workmanship is beyond excellent. They have the right resources and have completed any project within deadline and budget. They also have a deep knowledge when it comes to their trade. Just recently, they have completed the installation of a new garage door for one of our properties. Like usual, the work was done excellently.

Thank you Angie’s List for helping me find Mesa Garage Doors. One panel of my garage door was broken – with a gaping hole caused by an unwanted accident. They were able to bring me an exact replacement for the panel to replace it. The charge was $352, which is amazing considering the level of difficulty as well as the labor involved. The communication was good and the same goes with the customer service. I would highly recommend!

This company as well as the guys working for them is as good as what the other reviews would say. I was totally impressed with the workmanship and professionalism they have. This company is awesome. They took care of my garage door opener, just how I want it done. Use MGD, you won’t regret it!I AM GLAD THEY WERE THERE WHEN I HIRED THEM!!! They were nothing but courteous and professional from the minute they arrived for the installation. The team politely introduced themselves before they brought in the new garage door. They carefully took down the old door and installed the new door with ease. It was a very straightforward install. Before leaving, they left some very helpful advice about maintaining the door. 100% sure will hire them again.
