Mesa Garage Doors

We are a repeat customer (had them install an opener).This is because they are very punctual and would promptly answer our call. Just recently, we had them fix a problem with our garage door and they were able to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it at a very reasonable price. We?ll continue to use them and refer them to family and friends.

It went great. They were very nice, showed up on time and did a really great job. We're really happy with the garage door we got.

They were polite, prompt, they cleaned up their mess, and it was a very good experience!

Everything went fine. The salesperson was late. The installers came outside the window of the time they gave.

We had other companies come out who said we had to get a whole new garage door. Mesa came out and fixed the sensor so we didn't have to get the new door, which was nice. They were very nice. They showed up when they said they would. We had an overall good experience with them.

Overall, I spent $1200 for the new garage door, labor and opener.
It was a quick service because it only took them 2 hours to complete the installation.

Quickly returned my call. Quickly scheduled my appointment. Quickly came to inspect my garage door and perform the service. Quickly returned with the replacement parts. The service is really, really fast. We had a heavy and old garage door, which was why they needed to place an order for heavy duty springs. Fortunately, it took them 2 days to get the replacements. I thought it was 5 days till the new parts would be delivered but I was really surprised when it only took them half the time!!! If you need fast service, you should call this place.

I had a problem with my garage door and mesa garage door left a great impression on me.
I left a message and they immediately returned my call. They scheduled my repair the following afternoon and they sent a professional guy who came on time. He diagnosed the problem. A broken spring. He had it replaced in just 30 minutes. It was a long time problem and it was solved in just a short amount of time. I was really impressed!

It was not good.  The day of install they came and found out the type of garage door that was to be installed would not work as I have a support beam.  The sales rep did all the measuring and somehow missed a major beam so the door would not work.  They then tried to tell me I had to upgrade the door for an additional $800.  I told them I would think and decided to not do it and told them since it was their error I wanted my $100 deposit check returned.  I was told it would be process.  I have left numerous voicemails and of course no returned call or check has been received.  Rather disappointing on how customer service, sales and even dispatch spoke to me and treated me.  I would not recommend contacting or using them to any of my friends.

They were very nice. They showed up on time and cleaned up after their selves. The garage door looks beautiful and we did not have any problems. It was great.

There is a reason why I gave this place 5 stars. They are the best garage door company. They are prompt. Very efficient. Fairly priced. Also, they are very friendly. Most of all, my new garage door is very beautiful. Thank you very much, this wouldn?t happen without you guys.

Busted some springs on his garage door, called this company, made a deposit of $50, the guy gave him the run around and then he never heard from him again. Decided to go with a bigger company (Mesa) charged $375 and they replaced the springs on the door
