Overall not clear about the scope of work. Contracted for total repair and ended only doing assembly.

Crew showed up on time after removing old plaster. They took and left everything really clean. On plastering and hooking heater and pumps and filter. Everything was neatly done. Hard working crew attention to detail. Would highly recommend to others.

They retiled my pool nicely,but did nothing to help me with my other problems.

Things started fine. He responded quickly with bid and went to work within 2 days. My issues started later. His crew forgot the jets for the spa (took another week after completion to get them installed), they never reinstalled the attachments for a safty rope in the pool. )One of the copings was damaged on the underside and needed to be replaced or repaired. Dave said he would do it but never came back. I had to re-do the filter clean myself as it was assembled wrong and let the dirt flow back into the pool. I have had a tile crack and Easy pool said they would fix it but did not. Update - repaired after filing a complaint with cont. board.

Really really really easy! He came, he analyzed the situation, he measured, he gave an estimate, and then he came back, installed, and was outta there. Everything works beautifully now.

they installed it but didnt work called them no answer five time had to pay someone else to fix it

Quality of was very good, but David was condescending and rude about the work being done aound our house. There were problems that were out of his control and ours but there was no need to bad mouth anyones else work. Then when all things were straighten out he did not want to compete the extra work we had already paid him for. We had his installer come back and finish the work, because David did not want to. I would recommend the installer to anyone but not Easy Pool the company by the way we were treated by David.

David was prompt, informative, and fair with the price. I highly recommend this company.

What started out as a small job, replacing some loose tile around the spa and replacing the deck o seal, turned into a complete pool remodel. The pool is 10 years old and was in need of replaster and after our initial meeting and reviewing all our options we decided to replaster and retile along with replacing the deck o seal. Easy Pool was very accomodating to our schedule, was very patience in answering all our many questions and offering up suggestions on how to accomplish our final goal. The construction site was kept tidy on a daily basis. Easy Pool met all obligations, lived up to all commitments, and did a terrific job.

He delivered what he promised. The work was done on time and within budget.
