Started with Jimmy, who came to see us, gave us a quote. I was upfront with him and told him i was getting 2 more quotes. I talked to him and said to be more competitive, he actually called back in a day or two and gave us very competitive prices. The office called and set up the appointment dates. The installers were great , professional , on time and did a superb job. There was one small mistake with one of the wndows and the installer caught it. He re-ordered it by calling the office. The team was back within 3 weeks to finish one remaining window. From start to finish these guys were great. Keep up the good work.

They come on time. They were professional. They were pleasant.  They did their job well.  They cleaned up well.

I contacted the company through Angie's List via email, and they responded back promptly and scheduled an appointment for me. The salesman arrived on time, measured my windows, and told me the various prices. I decided to get the Milgard windows because they match the other windows I had installed. 
On the day of installation, I called to confirm the time and was given between 12 and 2. Ten minutes later at 9:00 a.m. the installation crew was knocking on my door. It was a bit of an inconvenience because my husband and I work at home and had meetings scheduled, but we were able to work it out. 
The crew was very clean and conscientious of keeping my house clean. They laid out tarps, and when they were done, they cleaned up everything. I really appreciate that because a lot of companies don't take the time to be respectful of people's homes and leaving them the way they arrived. 
The customer service at this company is impeccable. I spoke to the owner about an issue with one of my windows, and he was professional, courteous, and quick to remedy the situation. He really cares about his customers and ensuring they are happy, and he takes pride in his products and services. This is rare to find nowadays and was such a relief to encounter. While we spoke, he also apologized about the scheduling mishap and took responsibility. I am really happy with how he interacted with me and resolved my concerns. 
My windows look great and I would recommend using this company for your window needs.

Joel came over on time to give me a quote with some really nice windows and gave me a great price. Joel was really a pro and made things pleasant and easy.The installers came on time and were very nice and did a great job. They noticed a super tiny smudge ( I didnt notice) that was on one of the windows and let me know they would put in a report to replace that window and they did .My family LOVE THE NEW WINDOWS! i would definetly use them again and recomend them to all my friends and family.

The whole experience was great!  I was told they would be at my house after 12 oclock and they arrived twenty minutes after 12 so I did not have to wait a long time for them to arrive.  They got right to work and were very friendly and courteous and professional.My sister and I really liked them.  They did a very good job and completely cleaned up after themselves.  It took only 2 hours and ten minutes to complete the job. They even cleaned the windows before they put the new screens on.  The windows look great, better than we expected.  We are very happy with the job and the price.  We definitely will use them again.

It was a very good experience from getting an estimate until the job was completed.  The entire job was done professionally and timely.; all 30+ windows, large and small, and 3 sliding doors were replaced in less than 3 days.
The new windows look great and of good quality.  We can tell the before and after difference of the room temperature right away.  The house is quieter as well.  Best of all, we can keep using the existing blinds without spending extra money to purchase new ones.

Extra work performed above and beyond the agreement - We had 3 other small windows on the second floor purchased from someone else, with two of the windows installed but left unfinished, the third one uninstalled.  Julie was kind enough to have her staff finished up and installed those 3 windows for us without charging us extra for the time and work.  REALLY APPRECIATED.

We had initially talked with Jimmy in June 2013 about replacing all of the windows in the house. After getting four other bids, his was the best price and there was no pressure sales. Unfortunately we had to wait because financially couldn't afford it. So called him back in 2014 to come out to the house to discuss window replacement again and he said he could give us the same price as we had discussed before.
We decided to go to the showroom in Anaheim to see what the actual windows would look like. We liked what we saw and decided to have his company do the job. The installers, Mike Cremisino and Adam Smith showed up on time, were very courteous, worked very fast and did an outstanding job with covering any of the furniture and carpet where they were working around. And they were very careful around the plants and flowers outside.
I was very impressed also with the clean up. They made sure all of the dirt and debris was cleaned up and they even went around to all of the windows and cleaned the glass. They all looked spotless after they were done.
We love the looks of our new windows and  would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. And because we told Jimmy that we had found his company on Angie's List he gave us $20.00 off each window installed. Top notch job.

They are very punctual. Their prices were very good. They came and did the job and were very professional. If I had any more windows I would use them again, but they just finished up the last windows today actually!

They went above and beyond. We tried to get some windows matched that we had in the house we didn?t know it would be very complicated.  Juli was the one that help us. She sat down with us and went over the windows with us. She took all our info to see what she could do for us. She came back and got the exact windows we had. She actually only charged us what she said originally.  They came out when they were suppose and got the work down on time. They were the best contractors we had out during our remodel on the house.  They followed up with us and did warranty for the windows.  They are the best company I have found on Angie?s List.

It worked out very well. They were very prompt, fast and did an outstanding job. I worked with Mike Cremisino and he did a very good job. They were efficient, clean and I would definitely use them again. Somebody came in and gave us a quote. From the time we got the quote to the actual work being done things were done in a timely manner and everything was very good. I have no complaints. We only had two or three bids and theirs was right in the ball park.

Great job! They showed up on time for the quote & installation.  They were the lowest price. They did a clean, quick, quality job of installing on the day they said they would do it.  They had to cut a couple of windows to larger sizes for safety and that was very clean as well.  Very professional.

Could not have been happier. The first day they showed up on time......and it started to rain. The next day we had excessive winds but thet were able to start. This was the week before Thanksgiving. I was also having the patio covers replaced on the folloiwig Monday and Tuesday so there wasn't  any time  for delays. I had 13 windows and two patio doors replaced. The crew was profesional and the they did a wonderful job. They were able to get all the windows installed in the one day, and came back on Saturday to do some finish work. I believe that they went the extra mile to help out with the tight time schedule I had in place. I would highly recomend this company to anyone.
