Very professional, showed me the disgusting lint clogging up my dryer vent and what is looked like after. Even helped me change out the flexible venting attached to the dryer. When it is time to do the AC vents I will be calling BTE

It went fantastic. My dryer is working so much better. He cleaned 6 years of stuff from my vent, cleaned the dryer out and it’s running like new. Alex is very friendly and courteous. Otto (my dachshund) loves him!

Alex was outstanding. What was supposed to be a simple dryer vent cleaning became a slightly larger job requiring him pumping water out of the vent line. This was also a last minute job, luckily he was available for a same day appointment. After multiple draining attempts, he was able to confirm that the vent lines were connected, and that the air was now flowing. Very professional and a problem solver. Will highly recommend their services.

Arrived at the appointed time, kept me informed of what he was doing, showed me a video of the inside of the vents before and after and gave me tips for proper use of the dryer! Got a deal through Angie's List and it was by far the best price. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience. I’ve never had the ducts cleaned and was happy to finally get those done. But I was especially surprised at HOW MUCH LINT there was in the dryer vent. I was very happy with BTE’s services. I’ve already told friends and neighbors about the great service Alex provided. He is truly a pro!
