Alejandro was very thorough cleaned all the ducts and added a bacteria removal spray as well abs cleaned out the dryer which was pretty bad and also went on the roof and took care of a clogged vent that was a possible fire hazard. Would highly recommend.

The vent was very old and in a very weird and awkward spot but he went the extra mile and some more to break up the concrete and he cleaned out all the lint that was in there but Alex is a very good guy and does his job very well with professionalism which from that experience he will be the man to call when I need his services.

Elleina runs a great team. They worked exceedingly well together and were very diligent. They were willing to climb up ladders to clean every nook and cranny. Most importantly, Elleina was responsive to our urgent request, and added us into her schedule after a full morning of cleaning. They worked well into the night to get our home clean so my family could return home after being displaced for 3 months due to construction. My rating would have been higher but they broke several items, including something in my China cabinet that I heard crash but was cleaned up before i could get there. Otherwise they honest and Firth right about other breakage that is bound to happen with deep cleaning, in my opinion.

It went well. Once the technician found problem he was able to diagnose the issue and make recommendations. Very professional and friendly. I feel bad he go so dusty.

BTE Cleaning Services did a through cleaning and vacuuming of my dryer vent. I plan to use them for my annual maintenance.
